Pathologic examination revealed numerous polyps that were predominantly of juvenile type with hyperplastic, adenomatous, villous and tubulovillous features in addition to a villous adenoma. These observations emphasize the relationship between these polyps and the neoplastic potential of juvenile polyposis.
