Abstract
Bu çalışmada sendikacılığın tarihsel gelişiminden yola çıkarak günümüzde sendikal örgütlenme önünde oluşan engeller ve kısıtlamalar değerlendirilmiştir. Betimsel analiz yöntemi kullanılarak yapılan araştırma sonucunda; küreselleşme, teknolojik gelişmeler, çok uluslu şirketlerin egemenliği, devletin ekonomideki rolünde yaşanan değişim, yeni işçi sınıflarının ve çalışma biçimlerinin varlığı gibi önceki dönemlerden farklı olarak ortaya çıkan pek çok yeni faktörün sendikalaşma oranlarında gerilemelere yol açtığı tespit edilmiştir. Bunun yanı sıra sendikaların özellikle beyaz yakalı işçi sınıfının taleplerini karşılamada yetersiz kalan geleneksel sendikal modelleri benimsemelerinin de sendikalaşmaya olan ilginin azalmasında önemli bir rol oynadığı görülmüştür. Bu doğrultuda çözüm önerisi olarak söz konusu sorunlardan hareketle sendikaların günümüzde yaşadığı engelleri ve işçi sınıfının güncel ihtiyaçlarını göz önünde bulunduran yeni bir sendikal model önerisinde bulunulmuştur.
In this study, the obstacles and restrictions that arise in front of union organizations today are evaluated based on the historical development of unionism. As a result of the research conducted using the descriptive analysis method; it has been determined that many new factors that emerged differently from previous periods such as globalization, technological developments, the dominance of multinational companies, the change in the role of the state in the economy, the existence of new working classes and working styles have caused declines in unionization rates. In addition, it has been observed that the adoption of traditional union models by unions, which are inadequate to meet the demands of the white collar working class in particular, has played an important role in the decrease in interest in unionization. In this direction, a new union model proposal that considers the obstacles that unions experience today and the current needs of the working class has been made as a solution proposal based on the problems in question.
