Abstract
Futbol öğrenmesi ve ustalaşması en zor oyunlardan biridir. Bununla birlikte, futbol oynamayı öğrenme
sürecinin uzun ve aşamalara dayanmasının kabulüne rağmen, futbol takımının yöneticisi konumundaki
teknik direktörün öğrenme ve başarıya ulaşma sürecini anlamak önemlidir. Futbolda, takım başarısında
antrenör becerilerinin kalitesi büyük rol oynar. Antrenörün mesleki yönden elit bir seviyeye yükselmesi,
yeteneklerini ve hamlelerini etkili kullanabilme noktasında becerilerini geliştirmesi zaman alabilir.
Antrenörlerin bilgisindeki ve doğal olarak başarılarındaki deneyimlerin önemi göz önüne alındığında,
bunun yetkinliğe nasıl dönüştüğünü anlamak önemlidir (Gilbert & Trudel, 2001). Birçok çalışma koçluk
bilgisinin temel kaynakları olarak geçmiş deneyimlerin önemini göstermiştir (Gould - Giannini - Krane
ve Hodge, 1990; Irwin - Hanton ve Kerwin, 2004.; Jones - Armour ve Potrac, 2004; Sage, 1989) Çalışma
kapsamında, FIFA dünya kupası kazanan milli takım teknik direktörlerinin kariyer süreçleri ve başarılar
incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın modeli “Temel Nitel Araştırma” olarak, araştırmadaki veri toplama tekniği
ise “Doküman İncelemesi” olarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında FİFA Dünya Kupalarında
şampiyonluk yaşamış milli takımlar ve şampiyon milli takımların teknik direktörlerine ait, dünya
genelinde herkesin kullanımına açık internet haber, arşiv, biyografi ve portal içerikli resmi kaynakları
da içerisinde bulunduran yazılı ve görsel dökümanlardan faydalanılmıştır. Bu araştırmada, dünya
futbolunun en üst yönetici kurumlarından biri konumundaki FİFA tarafından düzenlenen uluslararası
milli takım seviyesindeki futbol şampiyonalarında başarıya ulaşmış teknik direktörlerin deneyim ve
kariyer gelişimine dair parametreler derinlemesine analiz edilerek yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmada Dünya
Kupası kazanma başarısı göstermiş milli takım teknik direktörlerinin hedef başarıya ulaşana kadar olan
antrenörlük sürelerinin ve aktif çalışma sürelerinin benzerlik gösterdiği fakat farklı kıtalardan Dünya
Kupası şampiyonu milli takım antrenörlerinin deneyim sürelerinde farklılıklar olduğu sonucuna
ulaşılmıştır.
Football is one of the most difficult games to learn and master. However, despite the recognition that the process of learning to play football is long and gradual, it is important to understand the learning and success process of the coach in the manager position of the football team. In football, the quality of coaching skills plays a big role in team success. It may take time for the coach to rise to an elite level professionally and develop his skills to use his abilities and moves effectively. Given the importance of experience in trainers' knowledge and naturally in their success, it is important to understand how this translates into competence (Gilbert & Trudel, 2001). Many studies have shown the importance of past experiences as the main sources of coaching information (Gould - Giannini - Krane & Hodge, 1990; Irwin - Hanton & Kerwin, 2004.; Jones - Armor & Potrac, 2004; Sage, 1989). The career processes and achievements of national team coaches were examined. The model of the research was determined as "Basic Qualitative Research" and the data collection technique in the research was determined as "Document Analysis". Within the scope of the research, written and visual documents, including official sources with internet news, archives, biographies and portals, which are available to everyone around the world, belonging to the national teams that won the championship in the FIFA World Cups and the coaches of the champion national teams were used. In this research, the parameters of the experience and career development of the coaches who have been successful in the international national team level football championships organized by FIFA, one of the top management institutions of world football, were analyzed and interpreted in depth. In the research, it has been concluded that the coaching times and active working times of the national team coaches who have been successful in winning the World Cup are similar, but there are differences in the experience periods of the World Cup champion national team trainers from different continents.
