dc.description.abstractİş hayatında çalışanların yönetsel pozisyonlara gelememelerindeki -bireysel, örgütsel ve toplumsal etmenlerin biraraya gelmesiyle oluşan- görünmez engeller “cam tavan” olarak tanımlanmıştır. Bu çalışma, Türkiye’de kamu veözel sağlık kuruluşlarının radyoloji departmanlarında kadın radyoloji çalışanlarının yükselmelerini engelleyenfaktörler ile ilgili katılımcıların -sosyo-demografik özellikleri göz önünde bulundurularak- farkındalığını, algı vetutumlarını, cam tavan faktörleri ve cam tavan farkındalığı ölçekleri ile tespit etmeyi amaçlamıştır. Çalışma ileilgili tüm sonuç ve değerlendirmelerin etkisi, anket uygulanan 316 kişinin algı ve tutumlarıyla sınırlıdır. Camtavan/cam tavan sendromu üzerine çalışmalar birçok alanda yapılmış olup, radyoloji ünitelerinde, bu çalışma ilebu konuya ilk defa yer verilmektedir.
dc.description.abstractThe invisible barriers caused by the combination of individual, organizational, and social factors that prevent_x000D_ advancement to managerial positions are referred to as glass-ceiling syndrome. The aim of this study is, using_x000D_ glass ceiling factors and glass ceiling scales, to determine the participants' awareness, perceptions and attitudes,_x000D_ taking into account their sociodemographic characteristics, about the factors hindering the promotion of_x000D_ radiological staff. The impact of all results and evaluations related to the study is limited to the perception and_x000D_ attitudes of 316 people who are surveyed. The glass ceiling/glass ceiling syndrome studies have been conducted_x000D_ in many areas, with this study, in radiological units, it was the first time.
