Abstract
Futbol işgücü piyasasının ana aktörlerinden biri olan futbol antrenörleri, mesleki süreçleri
içerisinde, diğer emek piyasalarında da görülen piyasa sorunlarına maruz kalmaktadırlar.
İşsizlik, iş arama süreçleri, kayıt dışı istihdam gibi istihdamı ilgilendiren sorunlar,
sözleşmeler, piyasanın kendine özgü işleyişi, federasyonun belirlediği statü ve talimatlar,
kulüp, yönetim- antrenör ilişkileri bağlamlarında şekillenmektedir. Futbol antrenörleri
piyasasında, eğitim durumları, lisanslı olup olmamaları, lisans dereceleri, işsiz kaldıkları
dönemlerde yaşananlar, başka bir gelir kaynağı olup olmaması, transfer ilişkileri, sözleşme
süre ve biçimleri gibi çeşitli kriterlere göre birçok antrenör istihdam olmaktadır. Bu
çalışmanın amacı, futbol antrenörleri piyasasının istihdamı ilgilendiren konuları temelinde
antrenörlerin genel çalışma ilişkilerini ortaya koymaktır. Araştırmada futbol
antrenörlerinin çalışma ilişkilerine dair veri elde etmek için anket tekniği uygulanmıştır.
Anket soruları tarafımızca hazırlanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS istatistik programında
değerlendirilmiş; frekans ve çapraz tablolarla çözümlemeye tabi tutulmuştur. Bu açıdan
araştırma piyasasının genel durumunu ortaya koymaya yönelik betimsel modele dayalı bir
araştırmadır. Çalışmanın bulgular bölümünde, antrenör lisans dereceleri, futbolculuk
geçmişleri, eğitim durumları gibi antrenörlük mesleğinin icrasını ilgilendiren demografik
özelliklere, çalışma ilişkileri ile ilgili nicel ve nitel bulgulara yerverilmiştir. Araştırmanın
sonuçlarında, sözleşme süreleri dolmadan sözleşme feshi, ekonomik ve sosyal şartlara
bağlı olarak yaşanan istifalarla antrenörlerin işgüvencesizliği, antrenörlerin çalışma
alanlarının sınıflandırılmasına uygun kategorilerde çalışmadığı, çeşitli boyutlarıyla
işsizliği deneyimledikleri ortaya çıkmıştır.
Football coaches who are one of the main players of football labor market, during their professional process, they are exposed to market problems that seen in other labor markets. Unemployment, job search process, problems that concerning employment such as informal employment, contracts, market’s unique mechanism, status and instructions set by the federation, club, these are shaped in context of the relationship between administration and coach. In the market of football coaches, coaches are employed according to various criteria such as education status, whether they are licensed or not, their license degree, their experiences during the period of unemployment, whether there are any other source of income in their life, their transfer relations or contract duration and forms. Purpose of this study to reveal general working relationships of coaches on the basis of employment of football coaches market. In this study survey technique was applied to obtain data on the working relationships of football coaches. Survey questions prepared by us. Data that we obtained were evaluated in SPSS statistical program; it has been resolved with frequency and cross tables. From this point this research is a descriptive research since it is aimed at revealing the general situation of the market. Findings are included demographic characteristics concerning the performance of the profession such as coaches license degrees, their football history, education status in the findings section of the study; quantitative and qualitative findings on working relations. As a result of this research it turns out that they have experiences unemployment in every way, they are cancelling the contract before the contract expires, there are some job insecurity of coaches with resignations due to economic and social conditions and coaches do not work in categories that are suitable for the classification.
