Publication: Epirubicin’ in çeşitli yüzey aktif maddelerle etkileşimi
Abstract
EPİRUBİCİN'İN ÇEŞİTLİ YÜZEY AKTİF MADDELERLE ETKİLEŞİMİ Bir antitümöral ilaç olan Epirubicin (E)'in çeşitli yüzey aktif maddelerle; anyonik sodyumdodesilsülfat (SDS); noniyonik Tween 20 ve Trıton X-100 (TX-100); katyonik setiltrimetilamonyum bromür (CTAB); sulu, NaCl'lü ve glukozlu ortamlardaki etkileşimi, yüzey aktif madde derişimine bağlı olarak spektrofotometrik yöntemle çalışıldı. E 'in yüzey aktif madde misellerine bağlanma sabitleri ve bağlanma kesirleri Benesi-Hildebrant Eşitliği ile hesaplandı. E'in misellere bağlanma etkinliğinin aşağıdaki sırayı izlediği saptandı.
THE INTERACTION OF EPIRUBICIN WİTH VARIOUS SURFACTANTS Interactions of Epirubicin, an antitumoural drug, with various surfactants; anionic sodiumdodecylsulfate (SDS), nonionic Tween 20 and Triton X-100 (TX-100), cationic cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB); were studied spectrophotometricly as a function of surfactant concentration in purely aqueous media and in the presence of NaCl and glucose. Binding constants and binding fractions of Epirubicin to surfactant micelles were calculated from Benesi-Hildebrand Equation. Binding efficiency of Epirubicin to micelles followed the order as; TX-100> Tween 20> SDS >CTAB The interaction of Epirubicin with an anionic surfactant SDS at the concentrations below the critical micelle concentration was studied in purely aqueous media and in the presence of NaCl by means of Job method. The results of Job method indicate that 1:1 molecular complex formed between Epirubicin and SDS at the concentrations below the critical micelle concentration and higher complex formation constant obtained in purely aqueous media than in the presence of NaCl.
