Publication: İlköğretimin ikinci kademesinde görülmekte olan iş- eğitimi (Ev ekonomisi) dersinin meslek seçimine etkisi
Abstract
Meslek;insan hayatının direkt olarak etkileyen bir faktördür.Dolayısıyla meslek seçimi de insan yaşamındaki önemli dönüm noktalarından birisidir. Bunun içinde bireyin mesleğini seçmeden önce kendisini yani ilgi istek ve yeteneklerini sağlığını ve bedensel yapısını bilmesi ve çeşitli meslekler hakkında doğru ve yeterli bilgiye sahip olması gerekir. İlköğretim okullarının kuruluş amaçlarının en önemlilerinden biride bu okulların öğrencilerin ilgi ve yeteneklerini ortaya çıkarıp geliştirmede etkili olmasıdır. İş-Eğitimi dersi,öğrencileri üst öğrenime yada mesleğe yönelmelerini amaçlamaktadır. Bu araştırma İlköğretim Okullarının İkinci Kademesinde Görülmekte Olan İş-Eğitimi (Ev Ekonomisi) Dersinin Meslek Seçimine Etkisi'ni incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma Edine ili Uzunköprü ilçesi sınırları içinde bulunan iki,Şanlıurfa ili Ceylanpınar ilçesi sınırları içinde bulunan üç ilköğretim okulunda 6.-7.ve 8. sınıf öğrencilerinden rastgele örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen öğrencilere uygulanılan anketlerle elde edilen verileri temel almıştır. Bu çalışma altı bölümden oluşmaktadır.Birinci bölümGiriştir.İkinci bölüm Genel Bölüm dür.Üçüncü bölümde araştırmanın yöntemi ve elde edilen bulgular incelenmiştir.Bu bulgulardan elde edilen bilgiler dördüncü bölümde Sonuçlarbölümü adı altında sunulmuştur. Beşinci bölümde Tartışmalarve son bölüm olan Önerilerde altıncı bölümü oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın bazı önemli sonuçları şunlardır: İş-Eğitimi dersi ilköğretim programında öngörülen şekilde uygulanmamaktadır. İş Eğitimi(Ev Ekonomisi )öğretmenlerinin sayısının yetersizdir ve öğretmenlerin büyük bölümü ders dışı ücretli personel ile karşılanmaktadır. İş Eğitimi (Ev Ekonomisi)öğretmenleri öğrencileri mesleğe yöneltme amacını oldukça az gerçekleştirmektedir. İlköğretim okullarının büyük bölümü İş-Eğitimi dersi için gerekli koşullara sahip değillerdir. İş-Eğitimi dersinin içeriği ve amaçları öğretmenler tarafından bilinmemekte ve bu derse gereken önem verilmemektedir. Araştırmada ulaşılan sonuçlara göre şu önerilerde bulunulmuştur. İş-Eğitimi dersine gereken önem verilmeli ve İş-Eğitimi öğretmenleri hizmet içi eğitim programları yoluyla meslekleri tanıtma ve mesleğe yöneltme konusunda bilgilendirilmelidir. İş-Eğitimi Dersinin programdaki şekliyle uygulanabilmesi için eksiklikler giderilmelidir.
CHOOSING OF PROFESSION ON THE WORK ORIENTED EDUCATION (HOUSE ECONOMY);WHICH IS STUDIED ON THE SECOND PART OF THE PRIMARY SCHOOLS A profession is a kind of factor which affects the human life directly. Consequently, choosing a profession is one of the most important main points in human's life. However he has to know his own interests,demands,capabilities and also his health and physical structure; besides he has to have the right and the enough information about various professions. One of the most important causes of the founding primary schools is to be affective on to improve the students'interests and capabilities. Work oriented education aims it possible to direct the students the upper education and vocation The investigation aims to search the affect on the choosing of profession on the Work Oriented Education(House Economy);which is studied on the second part of the primary schools. This investigation has done in two schools in Uzunköprü of Edirne and in three schools in Ceylanpınar of Şanlıurfa among 6th-7th-8th classes; by random exemplifying method.It also accepts the data,which were taken from the questionaire of selected students,as fundamental to itself The study consists of six parts.First part is the Introduction.Second one is the General Part.In the third part;some information has been given about the methot of the investegation and the data has been examined which had found before.All these information which had found from the data,has been interpreted under the name of Condusionin the fourth part.The Discussionis in the fifth part and the last part;sixth ,forms the Suggestions part. Some result of the investigation are as following; The Work-Oriented lesson in the primary schools has been practiced as it is suggested in the primary school schedule. The number of Work-Oriented lessons'teachers are not enough,so most of the teachers are received for this job by paying outher lesson personal money to them. The teachers of lessons can hardly succeed to direct the students to any kind of profession . Most of the primary schools don't necessary condition to get over the Work-Oriented lessons. Teachers mostly don't know the contents and the aims of the work-oriented lesson so the necessary importance is scarcely given to this lesson. According to the result of this investigation; the following are proposed as priority: The required importance should be given to the work-oriented lessons and also the teachers of this lesson should be informated to direct the students to a profession by the help of interior service educational methods. The deficiencies should be comleted for to be applied as given in the lessons' programme.
