Abstract
Medya, Birleşmeler, Küreselleşme, Yabancı Sermaye, Yatırım ÖZET MEDYANIN KÜRESELLEŞMESİ VE YABANCI SERMAYENİN TÜRK MEDYASINA İLGİSİ Küreselleşme kavramı, İletişim teknolojilerinin gelişmesi ve yaygın kullanılmasıyla toplumlar arasında ekonomik, sosyal,siyasi ilişkilerin artması; ulusal sınırların ortadan kalkarak ortak değerlerin oluşması olarak tanımlanmaktadır Kavram kimi düşünürlere göre dahil olunması gereken birleştirici bir süreç olarak görülürken; kimi düşünürlere göre ise kimliksizleştiren, eşitsiz büyümeyi hızlandıran bir oluşum olarak görmektedir. Medya sektörü de küreselleşme etkinlerinin en yoğun biçimde yaşandığı bir sektördür. Ulusal pazarda güç elde eden medya, karını artırmak ve uluslar arası alanda etkinlik yaratmak için dış pazarda yatırım yapmaktadır. Bu bağlamda Türk medya sektörü de; doymamış pazar yapısı ve seslenebildiği Türk dünyası gereği yabancı sermayeyi çekmektedir. Türkiye yabancı sermayeyi teşvik eden ve koruyan yeni yasal düzenlemeler yapmaktadır. Böylece Türk medya sektörüne, yabancı sermayenin satın alma, ortaklık, know how ve lisans anlaşmaları şeklindeki girişi hızlanmaktadır. Media, Globalization, Foreign Capital, Investment,Uniting
GLOBALIZATION OF MEDIA AND INTEREST OF FOREIGN CAPITAL TO TURKISH MEDIA That economic, social and political relations have increased with the development of globalization concept and communication technologies and their extensive usage is defined as disapparance of national borders and formation of common values. As this concept is considered as a uniting process that is needed to be involved in, according to some thinkers, it is considered an unidentifiying and accelarating unequal growth concept. Media is one of the sectors that globalization affects most.The media which invests in global market, can have cultural influences and national identities . For that reason, countries want to keep the media in a certain limit inasmuch as attract foreign capital to the media sector. Foreign capital supplies that it enable to equal itself with the domestic capital and follow a politics which incentives domestic capitals in Turkish media sector.Because of greedy marketing structure and its presentation in Turkish world it takes part in Turkish Media as, foreign capital purchase,partnership,know how and license agreement.
