Hazır giyim işletmelerinde yalın üretim tekniklerinin araştırılması

Abstract

HAZIR GİYİM İŞLETMELERİNDE YALIN ÜRETİM TEKNİKLERİNİN ARAŞTIRILMASI Hazır giyim sanayi oluşturduğu katma değer dolayısıyla ülke ekonomisi için büyük önem taşımaktadır. 2005 yılı sonrasında ülkeler önündeki kotaların kalkması sonrası sektördeki rekabet daha da artmış durumdadır. Ülkemiz hazır giyim sektörünün bu rekabetçi durumda ayakta kalabilmesi ve mevcut gücünü sürdürebilmesi için üzerindeki fazlalıkları atması kısaca yalınlaşması gerekmektedir. Yalın üretim işletmelere daha esnek, hızlı ve düşük maliyette üretim yapma olanaklarını sağlamaktadır. Bu tez 5 bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde genel giriş ve amaç bulunmaktadır. İkinci bölümde yalın üretim sisteminin tarihsel gelişimi, yalın üretim sisteminin genel tanımı, yalın üretim teknikleri ve son olarak Türk Tekstil ve Hazır Giyim sanayinin son durumu anlatılmaktadır. Üçüncü bölümde yalın üretim sisteminin bir X işletmesinde gerçekleştirilen uygulaması anlatılmaktadır. Burada önceki üretim sistemine göre yapı ve yalın üretim sonrası yapı anlatılmaktadır. Son bölümde bu çalışmalar ile ilgili genel değerlendirmeler ve sonuç yer almaktadır. Sonuç olarak işletmede üretim verimliliğinde % 10’luk bir artış sağlandığı toplam üretim süresinde %63’lük bir kısalmanın olduğu görülmüştür.

RESOURCEMENT OF THE LEAN PRODUCTION TECHNICS AT THE APPAREL COMPANIES Apparel industry takes importance at the country’s economy because of the value added. After 2005 the competition at the sector has raised much more after the quotas of the country’s were moved away. To survive the power and to stand at this competition our apparel industry should remove surplus, in short should be lean. Lean Production provides the possibility to the companies to do production more flexible, faster and low cost. This thesis contains 5 parts. At the first part there is entrance and the the goal. At the second part; it has been telling the improvement of the lean production history, the general meaning of the lean production, lean production technics and at the last Turksih Textile and The Apparel Industry. At the third part it has been telling the application of the lean production at an X company. At there it has been telling state of the last production system and the state after the lean production. At the last part there are general discussions and the results.As a result it has known that there was % 10 improvement at the production and total lead time has shortened %63.
