Abstract
Muhasebe ve İç Denetim,Dış Kaynak Kullanımı ÖZET MUHASEBE VE İÇ DENETİM ALANINDA DIŞ KAYNAK KULLANIMI VE BİR UYGULAMA Son yıllarda hızla gelişen teknoloji, globalleşen dünya ekonomisi ve dolayısıyla artan rekabet ile birlikte, işletmelerin ayakta kalabilmelerinin tek yolu esnek bir organizasyon yapısı oluşturarak, müşteri istek ve beklentilerini daha hızlı, yaratıcı ve aynı zamanda ekonomik çözümler ile karşılayabilmek olduğu bir çok işletme tarafından deneyimlenmeye başlanmıştır. Bu maksatla, günümüzde bir çok işletme ana faaliyet konularına daha etkin şekilde odaklanabilmek için , kendi uzmanlık alanları dışındaki diğer iş süreçlerini dış kaynaklama yoluna gitmektedir. Bu çalışmada, dış kaynak kullanımı ile muhasebe ve iç denetim konularında literatürel incelemeler yapılarak, muhasebe ve iç denetim alanında faaliyet gösteren bir dış kaynak kullanım işletmesinin, dünya çapında çok geniş bir hastane ve poliklinik ağı olan bir hastane grubuna vereceği dış kaynak kullanım hizmetinin yapısı,şekli ve içeriği incelenerek karşılaştırmalı maliyetleri oluşturmak suretiyle, dış kaynaklama yoluna gitmedikleri duruma göre elde ettikleri maliyet avantajları bulgulanmaya çalışılmıştır. A CASE STUDY FOR OUTSOURCING IN THE AREA OF ACCOUNTING AND INTERNAL AUDIT By the technology which is growing rapidly, the world economy which becomes global, and accordingly increasing of the competition, the companies have been experienced that the only way of surviving in a compititive business life is to meet the customers’ expectation with the solıtions which are more rapid, innovative and also economic by building a flexible organizational structure. In this purpose, many companies tend to outsource the other work processes which are out of their own specialization in order to focus on their core business more effectively. In this study, by investigating the literature in the subject of outsourcing , accounting and internal audite; the cost advantage of the company which has a world wide hospital and clinic networks has been measured by comparising the case which is the service would have not been outsourced by the outsource company which serves in the field of accounting and internal audite in terms of the structure, frame and content of the outsource service.
