Abstract

KRİZDE YÖNETİMDE ENTELEKTÜEL SERMAYENİN ÖNEMİ VE UYGULAMADAN BİR ÖRNEK Dünyanın küreselleşmesi ile birlikte örgütlerin yaşadığı krizler artmaya başlamış ve işletmelerin hayatını tehdit eder hale gelmiştir. Fakat küreselleşmenin bir diğer özelliği de bilginin paylaşılmasıdır. Bilginin öneminin artması ile birlikte bilginin işlenmiş başka bir hali olan entelektüel sermayenin de önemi artmıştır. İnsan Sermayesi, yapısal sermaye ve müşteri sermayesi olarak üç yönü bulunan entelektüel sermayenin her bir yönü işletmenin krizden çıkması için önemlidir. Entelektüel sermaye kriz dönemlerinde işletmeye itici bir güç oluşturur.

THE IMPORTANCE OF THE INTELECTUAL CAPİTAL IN MANAGEMENT IN CRİSİS AND A SAMPLE FROM PRACTİCE After the globalization of the world, crisis that organizations are increased and threatening the operations. The other factor of the globalization is shading wisdom. With the increasing of importance of knowledge, importance of intellectual capital increased that is cultivated demeanour of knowledge. Intellectual capital which has three directions named as human capital, structural capital and customer capital and each of the directions are important for operaions to come of crirsis. Intellectual capital constitutes push power at crisis terms.
