Abstract
GLOBALLEŞMENİN TOPLAM KALİTE YÖNETİMİ ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİLERİ VE TEKSTİL HAZIR GİYİM SEKTÖRÜNDE BİR UYGULAMA Özet Son zamanlarda globalleşme ile birlikte hızlı değişimler bütün firmaların örgüt yapılarını ve örgüt fonksiyonlarını önemli ölçüde etkilemektedir. Firmaların ve örgütlerin bu hızlı değişimlere kayıtsız kalması neredeyse imkansızdır. Bu hızlı değişim içerisinde küresel pazarlarda rekabet eden ve Toplam Kalite Yönetimi sistemini uygulayan işletmelerin anlaşılması daha da önem arz etmektedir. Globalleşme sürecinin hızlanmasıyla, işletmelerin faaliyet alanları, rekabet şekilleri, örgütsel yapıları ve yönetim anlayışları değişmeye başlamıştır. Günümüzde sadece yerel ülke içerisinde veya sınırlı bir uluslararası çerçevede gösterilen faaliyetlerin etkisiyle mücadele emenin ötesinde, global bir pazarda ve global rakiplerle mücadele zorunluluğu söz konusudur. Bu nedenle globalleşme süreci ve Toplam Kalite Yönetimi uygulayan global işletmelerin rolünün anlaşılması gerekmektedir. The Impacts of Globalization on Total Quality Management and an Application on Textile Industry
The sudden changes according to the globalization during the past years have been effecting the organizational structure and the organizational functions in every company. Companies and organizations should not have been indifferent to these changes. Because of this reason, it is extremely important for the Total Quality Management companies to be understood. According to increasing the process of globalization, companies working areas, way of competitions and way of management have been changing. Today as a result of this, companies make competitions neither in theirs local country nor very limited international areas. Nowadays, companies make competitions in the global areas and make competitions with global competitors. Because of this reason, the process of globalization and the role of Total Quality Management global companies should be understood.
