İlköğretim ikinci kademe öğrencilerininin müzikal bilgi düzeyi ile müzikal beğenileri arasındaki ilişki

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, ilköğretim ikinci kademede öğrenim gören öğrencilerin müzikal bilgi düzeyi ve müzikal beğenileri arasındaki ilişkinin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. İstanbul ili Beykoz, Yenibosna ve Acıbadem semt ve ilçelerinden seçilen üç okuldaki toplam 300 öğrenci araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmuş; örneklem grubundaki öğrencilere araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan “müzikal bilgi testi” ve “müzikal beğeni anketi” uygulanmıştır. Alınan yanıtlara göre frekans ve yüzde değerleri hesaplanarak tablolaştırılmış ve yorumlanmıştır. Verilerin analizi için; ilişkisiz grup “t” testi, varyans analizi ve Pearson Çarpım Momentler Korelasyon Katsayısı teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda öğrencilerin müzikal bilgi düzeylerinin cinsiyet, okul türü ve enstrüman eğitimi alma durumlarına göre farklılaştığı; sınıf, sosyo-ekonomik düzey ve yaşa göre değişmediği tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada ayrıca, müzikal bilgi düzeyi ile müzikal beğeni arasında olumlu yönde bir ilişki olmadığı; ancak öğrencilerin müzikal beğenilerini kişisel tercihlerine göre yaptıkları görülmüştür.

The aim of this research is to find out the relation between the musical knowledge and the musical taste of the second grade students. 300 students from three different schools of Beykoz, Yenibosna and Acıbadem in province of İstanbul were selected as the samples of the research and a musical knowledge test and musical questionnaire, which were made by the researcher, were applied on these students. According to th responses received, the frequency and the percentage values were calculated, get into a table format and interpreted. Independence Sample “t” Test, Variance Analysis and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient techniques were used fort he data analysis. This research showed that the musical knowledge of the students changes depending on the gender, the kind of the school and situation of having an education for a musical instrument, but does not change depending on the grade, the socio-economical level and the age. In addition it has been observed in this study that, there’s no a positive relation between the musical knowledge and teh musical taste, and the students are creating their musical taste according to their personal preferences.
