Kasko sigortasının incelenmesi ve Türkiye’de kasko sigortası hasar uygulamalarının değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

“Kasko Sigortasının İncelenmesi ve Türkiye’de Kasko Sigortası Hasar Uygulamalarının Değerlendirilmesi” adlı bu tezde amaç; kasko sigortası hasarlarında karşılaşılan problemleri ortaya koymak ve bu problemleri ortadan kaldırmak için çözüm önerileri getirmektir. Bu amaçla tez çalışmasında öncelikle sigorta hakkında verilmiş ve hasar konusuna değinilmiştir. Daha sonra kasko sigortası ayrıntılı bir şekilde incelenip kasko sigortası hasar uygulamaları ele alınmıştır. Uygulamada yürütülen işlemler açıklanarak olumlu ve olumsuz durumlar tespit edilmiştir. Tezimiz hasar uygulamalarının yeniden gözden geçirilmesine yönelik tavsiyelerle sonlandırılmıştır.

“Examining The Automobile Insurance and Reviewing The Procedure at The Losses of Automobile Insurance in Turkey” is the name of this thesis, and main aim of this thesis is expalain and determine the causes of the problems about the automobile insurance losses. The target is to put forward the problems faced during automobile insurances losses. With this purpose at the study of thesis first general informations about insurance has been given and the subject of loss has been mentioned. Then automobile insurance has been examined in a detailed way and automobile insurance applications have been reviewed. By explaning the procedures applied in application, positive and negative pozitions have been fixed. Our thesis has been ended with the recommendations about revisions of losses.
