Publication: Fen ve sosyal bilimler programlı Anadolu imam hatip liseleri üzerine bir inceleme : Kocaeli örneği
Abstract
Tevhid-i Tedrisat Kanunu’nun kabulüne müteakip eğitim sistemimize giren imam hatipokulları siyasi/ politik gerekçelerle bir dönem kapatılmış olsa da ilgi ve ihtiyaç doğrultusundamektep, kurs, okul, ortaokul, lise, Anadolu imam hatip lisesi ve proje imam hatip lisesi şeklindegünümüze kadar gelişim göstermiştir. 2016 yılından itibaren okullarda daha nitelikli bir eğitiminverilmesi amacıyla program çeşitliliğine gidilmiştir. Geliştirilen programlardan biri de fen vesosyal bilimler programıdır. Fen ve sosyal bilimler uygulayan proje okulları, imam hatiplisesi olmanın gerektirdiği meslek dersleri yanında öğrencilere ilgi ve kabiliyetleri doğrultusundailerlemek istedikleri akademik alana göre fen lisesi veya sosyal bilimler lisesi müfredatıyla eğitimalabilme imkânı sağlar.Araştırmanın konusu, fen ve sosyal bilimler uygulayan proje Anadolu imamhatip liseleridir. Çalışma, fen ve sosyal bilimler proje imam hatip liselerinin farklıaçılardan değerlendirilmesini amaçlamaktadır. Bu bağlamda Kocaeli ilinde bulunan yedi fen vesosyal bilimler uygulayan proje Anadolu imam hatip lisesi seçilmiş ve bu okullarınyöneticileri ile yarı yapılandırılmış mülakat gerçekleştirilmiştir. Böylelikle projenin sahadayürütücüleri olan müdürlerin bilgi, tecrübe ve görüşlerinden hareketle fen ve sosyal bilimlerprogramının alanda nasıl uygulandığı, yaşadığı güçlükler, geliştirilmesi gereken noktalar ortayakonulmaya çalışılmıştır. Proje AİHL’ler bu okulda okuyan öğrenciler, görev yapan öğretmen veidareciler, okulun fiziki imkânları; çevreyle ve paydaşlarla ilişkiler, bilim, sanat, spor, sosyo-kültürel etkinlikler gibi çeşitli yönlerden değerlendirileceklerdir.
Even though the imam hatip schools, which entered our education system following theenacting of The Law Unification of Education (Tevhid-i Tedrisat), were closed for a period dueto political reasons, they have improved in the form of courses, schools, secondary schools, highschools, Anatolian imam hatip high schools and project imam hatip high schools in line with theinterests and needs until today. The program diversity has been made in order to provide a morequalified education in schools since 2016. One of the programs developed is the science and socialsciences program. Project schools, which implement science and social sciences programs,provide students with the opportunity to receive education with the curriculum of science highschool or social sciences high school according to the academic field they want to advance in linewith their interests and abilities, as well as the vocational courses required to be an imam hatiphigh school.The subject of research is Anatolian imam hatip high schools which implements thescience and social sciences program. The study aims to evaluate the science and social sciencesprogram and the project imam hatip high schools from different perspectives. In this context, theseven Anatolian imam hatip high schools which implements science and social sciences programsin Kocaeli province was selected and semi-structured interviews were conducted with theadministrators of these schools. Thus, based on the knowledge, experience and opinions of themanagers who are the executives of the project in the field, it has been tried to reveal how thescience and social sciences program is implemented in the field, the difficulties are experiencedand the points that need to be improved. The Project AİHLs will be evaluated from various aspectssuch as students studying at this school, teachers and administrators working at this schoolphysical facilities of the school, relations with the environment and stakeholders and science, arts,sports, socio-cultural activities.
