Abstract
Günümüzde bilgi, yönetimin en önemli ögelerinden biridir. Teknolojik gelismeler, örgütlerin is yapma yöntemlerini hızlandırırken, bilgininde hızlı bir sekilde çogalmasını saglamıstır. Bilginin sadece kendisi degil, etkili ve zamanında kullanımı da önem kazanmıstır. Bilgi çalısanları için ise, egitim, deneyim, toplumsal sorumluluk, isteklendirme gibi insani degerlerin varlıgı hissedilmistir. Kırtasiye isleri ile algılanan yazıhaneler ise bilgi yönetim birimleri haline gelmistir. Bu çalısmada, kurumların bilgi üretim kullanım ve saklanma faaliyetlerinin yogun olarak sürdürüldügü bu birimlerin isleyisinde yasanan olumsuzluklar arastırılmıstır. Bu olumsuzlukların ortadan kaldırılması için alınabilecek önlemler, bilimsel çalısmalar temelinde degerlendirilmistir.
At the present time information is one of the most important components of management. Technological advancements, while accelerating the business tasks, also caused the information to increase by amount rapidly. Usage of the information on time and efficiently has become as important as the information itself. Humane values like Education, Experience, social responsibility and motivation has become more obvious for the information workers. Office rooms, that meant paperwork for many people are now seen as information management units. Business units that mainly focuses on producing, using and storing information has been investigated for everyday problems. Appropriate counter measures that could help resolving these problems has been investigated under scientific fundamentals.
