Ömerli Baraj Gölü balıklarının metazoan parazitleri

Abstract

ÖMERLİ BARAJ GÖLÜ BALIKLARININ METAZOAN PARAZİTLERİ Ömerli Baraj Gölü’ndeki balıklardan gümüşi havuzbalığı Carassius gibelio ve tatlı su kefali Squalius cephalus’un metazoan parazitleri Haziran 2012 ile Mayıs 2013 tarihleri arasında çalışıldı. Bu sürede ortalama (± SD) total boyu 17.2 ± 3.70 cm (9.7-28.5 cm) ve ortalama (± SD) ağırlığı 122.93 ± 116.27 g (21.69-465.14 g) olarak ölçülen 88 adet C. gibelio ile ortalama (± SD) total boyu 19.5 ± 2.34 cm (15.9-28.9 cm) ve ortalama (± SD) ağırlığı 100.72 ± 55.87 g (46.8-295.69 g) olarak ölçülen 62 adet S. cephalus örneği incelendi. Carassius gibelio’ da altı parazit türü; Dactylogyrus sp., D. anchoratus, D. baueri, D. inexpectatus ve Gyrodactylus sp. (monogenea) ile Diplostomum sp. (digenea) bulundu. S. cephalus’ ta altı parazit türü; Dactylogyrus folkmanovae, D. vistulae ve Paradiplozoon sp. (monogenea) ile Diplostomum sp., Tylodelphys clavata ve Posthodiplostomum cuticola (digenea) bulundu. Parazit türlerinin enfeksiyon parametreleri verildi ve Diplostomum sp.’nin hem S. cephalus’ta (%43.2, OY 3.45) hem de C. gibelio’da (%62.90, OY 6.41) dominant parazit türü olduğu belirlendi. İncelen 88 C. gibelio örneğinden 41’inde (% 46.6) hiç parazite rastlanmadı, 43’ünde (% 48.9) bir parazit türü ve dördünde (% 4.5) iki parazit türü kaydedildi. İncelen 62 S. cephalus örneğinden dokuzunda (% 14.5) hiç parazite rastlanmadı, 24’ünde (% 38.7) bir parazit türü ve 29’unda (% 46,8) iki parazit türü kaydedildi. Ayrıca S. cephalus’un solungaçları üzerinde bulunan monogenean parazit Paradiplozoon sp.’nin yer seçimi çalışıldı. Son olarak göldeki sekiz balık türünün gözünde bulunan Diplostomum sp. ve T. clavata’nın mevsimsel dağılımı, enfeksiyon yüzdesi, ortalama yoğunluk ve ortalama çokluk değerleri belirlendi.

METAZOAN PARASITES OF THE FISH FROM ÖMERLİ DAM LAKE Metazoan parasites of chub Squalius cephalus and Prussian carp Carassius gibelio in Ömerli Dam Lake were studied between June 2012 and May 2013. A total of 88 Carassius gibelio specimens of mean (± SD) total lenght 17.2 ± 3.70 cm (range 9.7-28.5 cm) and mean (± SD) weight 122.93 ± 116.27 g (range 21.69-465.14 g), 62 S. cephalus specimens of mean (± SD) total length 19.5 ± 2.34 cm (range 15.9-28.9 cm) and mean (± SD) weight 100.72 ± 55.87 g (range 46.8-295.69 g) specimens were examined. Six parasite species were found in or on Carassius gibelio; Dactylogyrus sp., D. anchoratus, D. baueri, D. inexpectatus, Gyrodactylus sp. (monogenea) and Diplostomum sp. (digenea). Six parasite species were found on Squalius cephalus; Dactylogyrus folkmanovae, D. vistulae, Paradiplozoon sp. (monogenea) and Diplostomum sp., Tylodelphys clavata, Posthodiplostomum cuticola (digenea). Infection parameters of parasites species were given and Diplostomum sp. was recorded as dominant parasite species both in S. cephalus (43.2%, MI 3.45) and C. gibelio (62.90%, MI 6.41). A total of 62 S. cephalus were examined, nine of them (14.5%) had no parasite and 24 (38.7%) were infected with one parasite species, 29 (46.8%) with two parasite species. A total of 88 C. gibelio were examined, 41 of them (46.6%) had no parasite and 43 (48.9%) were infected with one parasite species, four (4.5%) with two parasite species. In addition, site selection of Paradiplozoon sp. on the gills of Squalius cephalus were studied. Finally, seasonal distribution, prevalence, mean intensity and mean abundance of Diplostomum sp. and Tylodelphys clavata in lens of eight fish species from the lake were determined.
