Abstract
Belge yönetimi, belgelerin üretimiyle başlayan ve belgenin bir arşive transferiyle sonuçlanan tüm süreçlerin yönetimini içeren bir yönetim eylemidir. Elektronik ortamda ve dosyalarda saklanan belgelerin kurumsal yapı içinde yoğun bir şekilde kullanılmaya başlanması sağlıklı bir arşivlemeyi ve buna bağlı etkin erişimi gerektirmektedir. Bilgi ve belge üretiminin ve kullanımının baş döndürücü boyutlarda olduğu asrımızda, arşivlerin de bu bilgi ve belge artışına paralel olarak kullanımlarının ve öneminin arttığı görülmüştür. Bu tezin amacı, finansal şirketlerde yazışma, dosyalama, belge, arşiv işlemlerini, belge ve arşiv yönetimi ilke ve prensiplerine göre incelemektir. Bu çalışmada program planlaması üzerinde durulmuş ve finans şirketinde oluşturulan taslak incelenmiştir ve genel değerlendirme yapılmış, yapılması gerekenler noktasında önerilerde bulunulmuş ve bir model ortaya konulmuştur. Document management is a management operation that contains the management of the entire period which starts with the production of the documents and ends with the transfer of the documents to the archives. Commencement of the usage of the electronic records in institutional structures makes it compulsory to make a good archiving and depending on this provide efficient access to electronic records. In the current era when the production and the usage of the documents reach to an amazing size, it can esaily be seen that the importance and the usage of the archives are tremendously increased as parallel to the increase in the number of the data and the documents. The purpose of this paper is to study the correspondance, filing, document and archive operations according to the principles and policies of the document and archive managements in financial companies. In this work, the focus was on program planning and the draft created by the finance company was examined. After that, a general evaluation is performed, suggestions are given and a model proposal is developed.
