Harp ve denizaltı filo bağlısı gemilerde iç mekân tasarımı ve donatı organizasyonu

Abstract

Denizler, tarihi boyunca insanlık için vazgeçilmez bir hayat sahası olmuştur. Denizlere hâkim olan dünyaya hâkim olur inancıyla İlk Çağ’dan günümüze dek birçok deniz savaşı yaşanmıştır. Bu savaşlarda kullanılmak üzere ilk başlarda basit ahşap sandallar kullanılırken zamanla sanayi ve teknolojik gelişmelere paralel olarak kullanılan deniz araçları gelişmiş ve çeşitlenmiştir. Görev tanımları gereği bayrağını taşıdığı ülkenin milli güvenlik ve savunma hizmetlerini yerine getiren harp gemileri; görevini icra ederken barındırdığı askeri personel için çalışma ve yaşam alanı da sunmaktadır. Bu çalışma; harp gemilerinde görevli personelin yaşam alanlarının hem savaş hem deniz şartlarına karşı barındırdığı farklı tasarım gereksinimleri ve bu unsurların belirlediği tasarım kriterlerini analiz etmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Harp gemileri konusunda yapılan çalışmaların, iç mimarlık disiplini kapsamında sınırlı kaynak sunması nedeniyle konuyla ilgili referans bir kaynak oluşturması amacı konunun seçiminde etkili olmuştur. Bu amaçla ilk bölümde, çalışmanın amacı, kapsamı, sınırlılıkları ve çalışmada kullanılan yöntem anlatılmıştır. İkinci bölümde, harp gemilerinin genel tanımı verilerek gemicilik ve denizcilik tarihinin İlk Çağ’dan günümüzde dek geçirdiği süreçten bahsedilmiştir. Ardından harp gemileri muharip sınıf ve yardımcı sınıf olarak gruplandırılarak, bu gruba dâhil olan tüm askeri gemilerin tanımı yapılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde, harp gemilerinin tasarımına etki eden kriterler anlatılmıştır. Bu kriterler; geminin boyut, deplasman gibi teknik özellikleri, askeri hiyerarşik düzen, ergonomik ve antropometrik ölçüler, aydınlatma, havalandırma, iklimlendirme, titreşim ve gürültü düzeyleri, yalıtım gereksinimi, gemide var olan hareketlilik durumu olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu başlıklar altında belirli kurum ve kuruluşların belirlediği standart değerler verilmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında incelenen harp filo envanterinde yer alan fırkateyn, korvet ve hücumbotlar ile denizaltı filoda yer alan denizaltı gemilerine ait yaşam mahallerine ilişkin anlatımlara dördüncü bölümde yer verilmiş ve anlatımlar görsellerle desteklenmiştir. Standartlar ve kriterlerin belirlediği tasarım anlayışı ile planlanan harp gemileri yaşam mahallerine ilişkin aktif görevde olan örnek korvet ile denizaltı incelenmiştir. Saptanan verilere, sonuç bölümünde yer verilmiştir.

The seas have been an indispensable habitat for humanity throughout its history. There have been many naval battles from the Ancient Age to the present day, with the belief that whoever dominates the seas will dominate the world. At first, simple wooden boats were used for these battles. Then, warships, which were used together with industrial and technological opportunities, developed, and diversified. The mission of warships is to fulfill the national security and defense services of the country where it carries its flag. These vessels also offer working and living place for the military personnel it houses. This study, it was designed to analyze the different design requirements of the living quarters of the personnel serving on warships against both warfare and maritime conditions. As the studies on warships provide limited resources within the discipline of interior architecture, the aim of creating a reference source on the subject has been effective in the selection of the subject. For this purpose, the aim, scope, limitations, and method of the study are explained in the first part. In the second part, the general definition of warships is given and the process of shipping and maritime history from the Ancient Age to the present is explained. Then, warships were grouped combatant classes and, giving the definition of all military ships included in this group. The third part describes the criteria for the design of warships. These criteria are; technical specifications of the ship such as size and displacement, military hierarchical order, ergonomic and anthropometric measurements, illumination, ventilation, air conditioning, vibration and noise levels, insulation requirement, mobility on the ship. These headings, standard values determined by specific institutions and organizations are given. The living places of the frigates, corvettes and fast attack crafts in the war fleet inventory and the submarine ships in the submarine fleet are explained in the fourth part. The living places of these warships were supported by photographs and drawings. The sample corvette and submarine on active duty were examined. The data identified is included in the conclusion part.
