8- 10 yaş grubundaki çocukların müziksel beğenilerini geliştirmede masal ve öykülerden yararlanma yöntemleri

Abstract

Okul öncesinde edinilen alışkanlıklar yaşamımız boyunca edineceğimiz birikimlerin temelini oluşturmaktadır. Bu döneme ait kulak yoluyla edinilen müzik kültürü ve beğenisi sonraki yıllarda temel olacaktır. Bu nedenle çocuklara nitelikli müzik türlerini tanıtmak, sevdirmek en birincil görevimizdir. Birey; tanıdığı, bildiği öğeler üzerine tercihlerini oluşturur. Yaradılış olarak bilinmeyene karşı hep bir ön yargımız vardır. Bu yargı olumlu yada olumsuz yönde olabilir. Ama genel olarak tutumumuzu tanıdığımız, bildiğimiz kavramlar üzerine kullanırız. Müzik için de aynı şey geçerlidir. Alışkanlıklarımız arasında yoksa onu özümseyip yaşantımıza katmak uzun zaman almaktadır. Hatta bazılarımız için bu mümkün bile değildir. İşte bu yüzden almaya en elverişli olan yaşlarda tüm seçenekleri sunar, tanıtırsınız. Daha sonra onların arasından seçim yapmasını istersiniz. Sağlıklı bir seçim tüm olasılıkları bilip ondan sonra karar vermekten geçmektedir. 8-10 yaş grubundaki çocukların müziksel beğenilerini geliştirmede masal ve öykülerden yararlanma yöntemleri üzerine yapılan bu araştırmada müziği nasıl dinlediğimiz, beğenilerimizi oluşturan etkenler üzerinde durulmuştur. Yapılan bu araştırmanın iki amacı vardır; 1-Çocukların müziksel beğenilerini geliştirmeye yönelik bir program geliştirmek, 2-Geliştirilen bu programın etkinliğini sınamak. Araştırmanın deney grubu Tekirdağ İl sınırları içerisindeki eğitim veren, beş farklı türdeki okulların öğrencilerinden oluşmuştur. Öğrencilerin müziksel beğeni düzeylerini ölçmek amacıyla araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan G.M.Ö.T. kullanılmıştır. Resimli öyküler yoluyla müziksel beğenilerin geliştirilip geliştirilemeyeceğini görmek amacıyla aynı gruba önce müzikler yalın haliyle dinletilmiş daha sonra resim ve öykülü halli ile dinletilmiş ve arasındaki fark karşılaştırılmıştır. Testte çocuklara, 12 müzik kesitine ait beğeni düzeylerini derecelendiren 12 soru yöneltilmiştir. Deney gubunun Ön Test - Son Test puanları arasındaki faklılığı sınamak için hem total puan bazında hem de her bir soru bazında istatistiksel açıdan ilişkili grup t testin kullanılmıştır. Örneklem gurubunu oluşturan okulların kendi içindeki durumlarını test etmek üzere sonuçlar (Ön Test - Son Test için ayrı ayrı) tek yönlü Varyans Analizi kullanılmıştır. Varyans Analizinde anlamlı çıkan sonuçların ardından hangi gruplar arasında anlamlı fark olduğunu saptamak üzere tamamlayıcı hesaplamalara gidilmiş ve LSD testi kullanılmıştır. Uygulanan Görkem Müzik Öyküleri Testi ile uygulanan deney grubu üzerinde müziksel beğeniler olumlu yönde gelişmiştir. Sonuç olarak; 1- Çocukların müziksel beğenileri geliştirmede masal ve öykülerden yararlanılarak verilen müzik eğitimi ile beğeni düzeyleri gelişmiştir. 1- Görkem Müzik Öyküleri Testi başarıya ulaşmıştır.

Habits we gained before schooling consist the fundemental experiments during whole our lives.The music culture preference, we learned by ear during that period will be the basic knowledge. For this reason our first duty is to make the children acquainted with kinds of qualifıed music then. A person prefers the things he knows Naturally we are prejudiced ageinst unknown items. This judge may be positive or negative. But generally our preference depends on the concepts that we know. This valid for the music too. If that concept is not within our habits it takes a long time to realize and accept it in our lives. Even this is impossible for some of us. For this reason you present and make known all the choises during their effective years, and then want them to choose one. A healty election is to decide after knowing all kinds. In this research which is on ways of getting benefits of stories for developing the music choices of children among 8-10 year of age children groups. There are two aims of this research 1-Developing a program which leads to improve the children's musıc choices. 2- Trying the effect of this developed program. The trial group is the students in five different kinds of primary schools within the border of Tekirdağ. The G.M.Ö. T which was prepared by the researcher was used to measure the level of the musical choises of children To see if the musical choises can be improved by means of stories with colored pictures first the music pieces were listened alone, then they were listened accompanied by the story and pictures and the difference between the two ways of listening was compered. At the test 12 questions which degree their choices of 12 parts of music pieces were asked. To state the difference between the first and the last test of te trial group were tried both total point aspect and each question aspect relevant to istatistical scale group (t) test was used. For the scools' interior position which were used as example the results (the first and the last test seperately) one directed Varyans Analyse was used After the meaningful Varyans Analyse to state the meaningful difference amongst the groups Additional calculations were made and LSD Test was used. According to the appliance of Görkem's Music Stories Test the music choices on trial groups were developed positively. As a result: 1-In improving children's music choices the music education which was accompanied by stories with pictures were effective 2- Görkem Müzik Öyküleri Test has been successful.
