Abstract
Kadı Sicilleri tarih araştırmalarında aile, ekonomi, sosyal hayat, toplum vb. gibi alanlarda araştırmacılara büyük katkı sağlayan önemli belgelerdir. Bu siciller konu itibarıyla tayinler, vergi kayıtları, cinayet, nikâh, narh uygulamaları, vakıflar ve çeşitli vakalardan vb. oluşmaktadır. Siciller sayesinde her tabakadan insanlar arasındaki hukuki ilişkiler de öğrenilebilmektedir. Konu çeşitliliği ve resmi kaynaklar olmaları sebebiyle araştırmacılar için ana kaynak olma özelliğini taşımaktadır. Bu sebeple de sicillerin içerisindeki belgelerden, tarihe katkı sağlayabilecek orijinal nitelikte pek çok bilgi ortaya çıkarılabilmektedir. Aynı şekilde Osmanlı Devleti’ne bağlı olan Kırım Hanlığı için de Kadı Sicilleri önemli kaynaklardır. Kırım bölgesindeki halkın yaşantısıyla ilgili hukuki, idari, ekonomik, mimari, dini vb. gibi çeşitli bilgiler içermektedir. 30 Numaralı Kırım Hanlığı Kadı Sicili’nin transkripsiyon ve değerlendirme çalışması yapılarak, 1693-1696 yılları arasında bölgedeki sosyal yapı, toplumsal ilişkiler, gündelik yaşama dair veriler elde edildi.

In the same way, for the Crimea Khanate, which is affiliated to the Ottoman Empire, the Qadi Registers are important sources. They contain various information legal, administrative, economic, architectural, religious, etc. related to the life of the people in the Crimea region. The transcription and evaluation study of the Crimean Khanate Qadi Register No. 30 was structured, and daily data on the social structure, social relations, and daily life in the region between 1693 and 1696 were obtained.
