Lider-izleyici fantazisi : lider ve izleyici kimlik inşasına lacanyen bir yaklaşım

Abstract

Yönetim biliminde ve sosyal bilimlerin çoğu alanında liderlik çalışmaları, Lacan’ın üniversite söylemi adını verdiği toplumsal bağın içinde, kendisiyle özdeş ve nesnel bir ben varsayımı üzerinden çalışılmaktadır. Bilim dünyasında liderliğin, suyun kaldırma formülünün teyit edildiği bir Arşimet prensibi yoksa da liderlik çalışmalarının genelinde lider aktif, yeterli ve etkileyici bir kimlik olarak tarif edilirken, izleyicinin ise açık açık veya ima yoluyla pasif, yetersiz ve yönetilmeye muhtaç olarak tarif edildiği görülmektedir. Lacan’ın 20 sene süren seminerlerinde dilin ve gösterenler sisteminin bir etkisi olarak tartıştığı özne ve bilinçdışı kavramları, liderliğin bir gösteren olarak anlamsızlığını ve biçimsel işlevini anlamada yardımcı olabilecek bir araç ortaya koyar. Bu çalışmada Lacanyen özne detaylıca tarif edilmiş, öznenin söylem üzerindeki yerleri açıklanmış ve bir film analiziyle gösterenlerin özne üzerindeki etkisi tartışılmıştır. Böylece liderlik kimliğinin kırılgan yapısı ve kimliklerle temsil edilen öznenin kesintili benlik duygusu dolaylı olarak anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır.

Leadership studies in management science and most of the social sciences are studied within the social bond that Lacan calls university discourse, through the assumption of a self-identical and objective self. Lacanian theory provides a tool that can help in understanding the meaninglessness and formal function of leadership as a signifier. In this study, the Lacanian subject has been described in detail, the place of the subject on discourse has been explained, and the effect of signifiers have shown with film analysis. Thus, the fragile structure of the leadership identity, and disrupted sense of the subject as represented in such identity is indirectly tried to be described.
