dc.description.abstractOsmanlı Devleti ilke Nemçe olarak adlandırılan Kutsal Roma Alman İmparatorluğu (Avusturya)arasında 1739 yılında imzalanan Belgrad Antlaşması sonrasında 1740-1755 yılları arasındaki süreçte geçen diplomatik ticari ve sosyal konuları içeren defterin Cumhurbaşkanlığı Osmanlı Arşivi'nde yer alan 58/ 2 no'lu Nemçe Ahkam Defteri'nin Metin ve incelemesini esas alır. İlgili defterde yer alan hükümlerin transkript ve değerlendirmesinden oluşmaktadır.
dc.description.abstractPresenting and analyzing the next of the Ahkam Defteri of Nemçe No.58/ 2 (included) in the presidental Ottoman Archives, which comprises diplomatic, commercial and social affairs that took place between the years of 1740 and 1755 following the Treaty of Belgrade signed between Ottoman Empire and The Holy Roman- German Emire, known as Nemçe this thesis consist of the transcription and assessment of the said defter.
