YENİ İLETİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİNİNUZAKTAN EĞİTİME ENTEGRASYON SÜRECİNDE SANAL SINIF ORTAMLARI: ATAUZEM ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract

Kaynakların fiziksel uzam ve mekâna bağlı olmaksızın kullanılmasına ve paylaşılmasına olanak sağlayan yeni iletişim teknolojileri, aynı zamanda bu süreçte fiziksel uzamlarda değişim ve dönüşümleri de meydana getirmektedir. Yeni iletişim teknolojileri ile birlikte değişen ve dönüşen uzamlardan biri de geleneksel eğitim olgusunun temel dinamiklerinden biri olan eğitsel ortamlardır. Sınıf, okul vb. gibi kavramlarla ifade edilen bu ortamlar geleneksel eğitim formunun yürütüldüğü mekânlardır. Ancak yeni iletişim teknolojileri ile eğitim arasında yaşanan entegrasyon ile paralel bir gelişim gösteren alternatif eğitim pratiği uzaktan eğitimde bu mekânlar yerini sanal ortam ve sanal sınıflara bırakmıştır. Eğitim olgusunun merkeze alındığı bu çalışmada, yeni iletişim teknolojileri ile geleceğini belirleyen uzaktan eğitimde kullanılan sanal sınıflar ATAUZEM örneği üzerinden irdelenmiş ve geleneksel eğitim ortamlarından farklılıkları araştırılmıştır.

New communication technologies, which provide sharing and using without depending on space and tıme of resources, constitutes converting and changing in physical space and time at the same time. One of the spaces changing and converting with new communication technologies is Educational habitats, which is one of the basic dynamics of phenomenon of convencional education. These spaces, which are stated like classroom, school etc., are conducting convencional education form. But alternative education practise, in parralel development with the integration of new communication technologies and education, leaves ıts place to virtual places and virtual classrooms in distance education. In this study, where the phenomenon of education is centered, virtual classroom used by distance education which determines its future with new communication technologies has been semtinized with ATAUZEM case and differences from conventional spaces has been searched.
