Videoda çoklu imge ögelerinin ilişki ağları

Abstract

Bu eser metninde ele alıp irdelediğim “Antigone” adlı çalışmam, plastik sanatlarla beraber,tiyatro ve metin odaklı bir çalışma yönteminin nihayetinde ortaya çıkmış bir eserdir. Buçalışma, video imgelerinin birbirleri arasındaki ilişkileri üzerine odaklanan bir videoyerleştirme olarak tanımlanabilir. Eserin temelini oluşturan ilişki ağı, spesifik bir metinselveriden ortaya konulmuş videoların ve video kayıtların bir arada konumlandırılması ileoluşturulmuştur.Ortaya koyduğum bu çalışmayla birlikte, 1950’lerde başlayan ve beraberindemultidisipliner bir örüntüyle sürekli genişleyen video mecrasının, çoklu öge kullanımıylaortaya çıkan ilişki durumları odak alınmaktadır. Bu ilişkinin ne türden olduğu, videonunkendi içindeki dinamiklerin, bütünde diğerlerine olan etkileri ve iletişimleriaraştırılmaktadır.Bu bağlamda oluşturulan metin; videonun temelini oluşturan “zaman” kavramına, çokluögelerin bir aradalığı dolayısıyla “fark ve tekrar” ve “çok seslilik” kavramlarına, bağlarınmetin ve sinema kaynaklı kurulması nedeni ile de “metinlerarasılık” kavramına, görselörneklerle açıklama getirmektedir.

My study “Antigone”, which I have handled and analyzed around this text of an art piece,is a production that emerged at the end of a theater and text oriented routine together withplastic arts. This study can be defined as a video installation focused and the relationbetween the video images. The network of the relation that forms the basis of the art workis constituted of video made from a specific textual data and positioning the videorecordings together.Together with the study that I have manifested, the focal point is on the relations that areemerged with the multiple item usage of the video channel that started in the 50’s andexpanded with a multidisciplinary pattern. It is being investigated that what kind of arelation it is, the effects of the dynamics within the video itself and their communicationwith the others.The text created around this context provides visual explanations on the concept of “time”,which forms the basis of the video, on the concepts of “difference and repetition” and“polyphony” due to a combination of multiple elements and to the concept of“intertextuality” as a result of the establishment of links from text and cinema.
