Üsküdar Kadılığı 407 (1155-1156) numaralı şer'iyye sicili

Abstract

Bu tez, Üsküdar Şeriat mahkemesinin hicrî 1155-1156 (mîlâdî 1742-1743) tarihli 407 numaralı şer’iyye sicilini ele almaktadır. Tez iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde genel olarak Osmanlı’daki şer’iyye sicilleri ve ihtiva ettiği belge çeşitleri, Şeriat mahkemeleri, kadılar ve diğer mahkeme görevlileri hakkında ve Üsküdar şer’iyye mahkemesi hakkında bilgiler verilmektedir. İkinci bölümde 407 no’lu Üsküdar şer’iyye sicilinin özellikleri hakkında malumat verilmekte ve defter ışığında o dönemdeki Üsküdar ve civarına dair dinî, kültürel, sosyal ve iktisadi hayat hakkında bilgiler verilmekte ve sicilden bazı örnekler incelenmektedir. Ve sicilin latin alfabesiyle yapılmış transkriptli metni bulunmaktadır.

This thesis is about the Sharia registry of the Üsküdar Sharia Court, numbered 407, dated 1155-1156 Hijri (1742-1743). The thesis consists of two parts; In the first part, general information is given about the registries of sharia courts in the Ottoman Empire and the types of documents they contain, sharia courts, judges and other court officials, and the Üsküdar court. In the second section, information is given about the features of the Üsküdar Kadı Registry. In the light of the information in the notebook numbered 407, information about the religious, cultural, social and economic life of Üsküdar and its surroundings at that time was given, and some examples in the notebook were examined. In addition there is a transcript of the notebook written in Latin alphabet.
