Publication: Spor yönetimine medyanın etkisi
Abstract
Günümüz dünyasında spor, farklı yapıda insanları bir araya getiren farklı zaman dilimleri içerisinde bu insanları bir araya toplayabilen ve bu görüntüsü ile bir siyasi partinin, bir derneğin ya da bir kurumun başaramadığı bütünsel bir birlikteliği oluşturan büyük bir güç konumundadır. Dünyanın ortak dil özlemini çok uzun yıllar önce başaran olgu “spor”dur. Özellikle ekonomik açıdan gelişmişlik gösteren ülkelerde spor, ülke ekonomisine çeşitlilik veren ve dinamizm katan büyük bir endüstri konumuna da gelmiştir. Küçük ülkelerin de varlığını ispatlama ve dünya tarafından algılanışlarını etkileme alanı yine aynı mecradır. Spor asla sadece spor değildir. Spor bir profesörden, işçiye; bir sanatçıdan tüccara kadar herkesi aynı heyecan noktasında bir araya getiren çok farklı ama çok güçlü bir iletişim aracıdır. Bu nedenledir ki, spor kültürüne haiz, aldığı sorumluluğu bilen, toplumu tanıyan, spor olgusunun toplumlar üzerindeki değerinin farkında spor yayınları profesyonellerinin yani “lider”lerin varlığına bu alanda da ihtiyaç duyuyoruz. Başarılı liderlikten doğan toplumsal var oluş ve gelişimlerin, spor yayınlarına da olumlu etki edeceğine şüphe yoktur. Tarihin en eski dönemlerinden beri insanoğlunun hayatında olan spor ve spor ile rahatlama kavramını tanıyan spor yönetimleri ve yöneticileri, sadece kendi coğrafyasında değil dünyanın diğer alanlarında da yaptıkları ile anılmaktadırlar. Buradan yola çıkarak dünyanın ortak dili olan sporu toplumun “sağlıklı dili” yapma görevi zor ama bir o kadar da ehil ellerde olması gerekecek kadar da değerlidir. Bilginin peşinden heyecanla gidilen bu çalışmada önce medyada yaşanan genel sorunlar çatısından yola çıkılıp, sonra günümüzün en değerli olgularından biri olarak kabul edilen ve ABD üniversitelerinden Michigan’da yaptığım çalışmalardan da faydalanarak doğru yorum ve çözümleri getirecek kavram olan liderliğe geçiş yapıp, bu bağlamda tekrar ana konumuz olan sporun medyasal etkinliği, medyasal eksikliği kökten yaprağa şeklinde tasvir edilebilecek bakış açısı ile kaleme alınmıştır.
In today’s world, sports gather people with different culture, characteristics, background etc. together in different time units and sports is a great power because of this holistic synergy development. Even the political parties or associations can not gather people together as much as sports does. Sports is the fact that carries out the common language dream of the world many years ago. Especially in the economically developed countries, sports has become a big industry that offers different varieties and great dynamism to the country’s economy. Also the less developed countries try to demonstrate their substances and they try to be perceived by other big countries with the help of sports. Sports is not just only sports. Sports is a very distinct and powerful communication source that gathers a professor, a foreman,an artist and a dealer together at the same thrill and excitement point. Therefore, we need sports publications professionals in other words “ leaders “ who have great sports culture, knows about his/ her society, is aware of the responsability that he/ she is taking and about the value that sports leads up to on their society. There is no doubt , the social existences and developments born from successful leadership also will affect the sports publications. Since the old ages, the human beings relax with the help of the sports physically, mentally and psychologically so the successful sports managements and managers are not only known in their own countries, they are also known in the other countries of the world with their effective works. It can further be said that the mission to make sports, the mutual language of the world, “ the healthy language “ of the community is tough but also too precious that it needs to be in worthy ( competant- experianced- capable ) hands. I went after knowledge with great enthusiasm during this project. I started with the general problems experienced in the media sector. After this , I have transferred to leadership which has been accepted as one of the most valuable facts of our time. Leadership benefiting from my studies in Michigan, one of the U.S. universities will bring me to the right interpretations and solutions. I have written this thesis from the view which can describe the activity of media or the absence of the media from stem to the leaf.
