Yardım tehlikesi ölçek geliştirme çalışması

Abstract

İnsanların proaktif düşünmelerini sağlayan güvenlik kültürü, Türkiye’de henüz gelişmekte olan bir kavramdır. Afet yönetimi açısından bakıldığında, güvenlik kültürü kavramı risk yönetimi safhasının uygulanmasını kapsayan bir kültür oluşumunu sağlamaktadır. Bu nedenle yardım tehlikesi kavramının güvenlik kültürüne ciddi bir tehdit oluşturduğunu söylemek mümkündür. Böylece yardım tehlikesi kavramı hem iş sağlığı ve güvenliği hem de acil yardım ve afet yönetimi alanlarında güvenlik kültürü oluşumunda büyük öneme sahip olmaktadır. Bu bağlamda mevcut araştırma yardım tehlikesi kavramı için geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek geliştirme çalışması gerçekleştirmeyi hedeflemiştir. Türkiye genelinde farklı şehirlerde ikamet eden ve farklı alanlarda çalışan 532 katılımcıyla gerçekleştirilen analizler sonucunda; ölçekte bulunan maddelerin faktör yükleri 0,51 ile 0,95 arasında değişmekte ve açıklanan toplam varyans %63,244 olarak hesaplanmaktadır. Gerçekleştirilen doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonuçlarına göre yardım tehlikesi ölçeği 3 faktör ve 10 maddeden oluşmaktadır (X2/ sd=2,346, RMSEA: 0,050, SRMR: 0,048, NFI: 0,97, NNFI: 0,97, CFI: 0,98, GFI: 0,97, AGFI: 0,95). Ölçeğin içsel tutarlığı 0,758 olarak hesaplanmıştır ve madde-toplam korelasyonlarının 0,318 ile 0,554 arasında değiştiği görülmüştür. Sonuç olarak analizler, geliştirilen yardım tehlikesi ölçeğinin geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğunu göstermektedir.

Safety culture, which enables people to think proactively, is an emerging concept in Turkey. From the perspective of disaster management, the concept of safety culture provides the formation of a culture that covers the implementation of the risk management phase. Therefore, it is possible to say that the concept of Charity Hazard poses a serious threat to safety culture. Thus, the concept of assistance hazard is of great importance in the formation of safety culture in the fields of occupational health and safety as well as emergency aid and disaster management. In this context, the current research aims to develop a valid and reliable scale for the concept of assistance hazard. As a result of the analyses conducted with 532 participants residing in different cities and working in different fields across Turkey; the factor loads of the items in the scale ranged between 0.51 and 0.95 and the total variance explained was calculated as 63.244%. According to the results of the confirmatory factor analysis, the help threat scale consists of 3 factors and 10 items (X2/ sd=2.346, RMSEA: 0.050, SRMR: 0.048, NFI: 0.97, NNFI: 0.97, CFI: 0.98, GFI: 0.97, AGFI: 0.95). The internal consistency of the scale was calculated as 0.758 and item-total correlations ranged between 0.318 and 0.554. In conclusion, the analyses show that the developed help threat scale is a valid and reliable measurement tool.
