Toplam kalite yönetimi anlayışında yalın üretimde toplam üretken bakım süreci ve uygulamaları

Abstract

Son yıllarda Tam Zamanında Üretim Sisteminin yaygınlaşması ile önemi gittikçe artmaya başlayan Yalın Üretim, müşterinin isteklerine yönelik tedarik ve üretim sisteminin verimli kullanılmasını amaçlar. İstenilen zamanda ve istenilen kalitede ürünün müşteriye ulaşabilmesi için üretim yeteneklerinin güçlü ve kayıpsız olması şarttır. Üretim yeteneklerinin güçlü olması ise; kaynakların ancak en etkin şekilde kullanılması ile gerçekleşir. Kaynakların verimli kullanılması ise JIPM (Japon Fabrika Yöneticileri Enstitüsü) tarafından yaygınlaştırılan ve yönetim stratejilerinde kabul görmüş Toplam Üretken Bakım metodolojisi ile mümkündür. 1970’li yıllarda Toplam Üretken Bakım olarak adlandırılan sistem son yıllarda, “Toplam Üretken Yönetim” olarak uygulanması sonucu Toplam Üretken Bakım, üretimde yalın olabilmenin en iyi aracıdır. Bu çalışma öncelikle Toplam Üretken Bakım’ın özünde olan Toplam Kalite Yönetimi ve Yalın Üretim Sistemlerinin incelenmesini, bu kavramların önem ve unsurlarını belirleyerek Toplam Üretken Bakım ile olan ilişkilerini ortaya koymayı ve Toplam Üretken Bakım Sisteminin uygulama yöntemlerini açıklayarak üretime olan etkilerini göstermeyi hedeflemiştir. Sistemin uygulamasının somut örnekleri Beko Elektronik A.Ş.’de yapılan araştırma ile ortaya konmuştur. Lean production, whose importance is increasing day by day with the widespreading of Just In Time, aims the production and supply systems to be used efficiently due to customer demands. In order to supply the customers on demand time with the desired quality product, the production systems must be powerful and wasteless. A powerful and wasteless production system however becomes true by the efficient usage of resources. The effective usage of resources is possible with the methodology of Total Productive Maintenance, which is launched by JIPM (Japanese Institute of Plant Managers). System, which is called Total Productive Maintenance in 1970’s and nowadays named as Total Productive Management, is the best way to become lean. The aim of this thesis is to analyse Total Quality Management and Lean Production Systems which lays in the base of Total Productive Management, introduce the interaction of these systems with TPM, explain the application ways of Total Productive Maintenance System and their effects to productivity. Concrete application examples, which researched at Beko Elektronik AŞ, are represented in Applications Section. n
