Abstract
Travma sonrası stres bozukluğunun (TSSB) seyri sırasında, hastalıkla ilgili süreçlerin etiyopatogenezini aydınlatmak, hastalığın semptomatik tedavisi için uygun ilaç kullanımını belirleyebilmek amaçlanmıştır.
This study was perfromed to show the neurochemical components of the post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in order to supply evidence for the ethiopathogenesis of the disease. The neurochemical changes following the use of prazosin a useful drug choice were also investigated.
