Publication: İstanbul bölgesinde faaliyet gösteren yüzme kulüplerinin 10-11 yaş yüzücülerinin fiziksel özellikerinin belirlenmesi
Abstract
Araştırmanın amacı İstanbul bölgesinde faaliyet gösteren yüzme kulüplerinin 10-11 yaş yüzücülerinin fiziksel özelliklerinin belirlenmesidir. Elde edilen bu verilerden yaş ve cinsiyete göre Yüzücü Norm Tablolarının oluşturulmasıdır. Araştırmamıza İstanbul bölgesinde müsabık yüzücü olan 11 yaş 19 bayan, 15 erkek ve 10 yaş 22 bayan, 18 erkek olmak üzere toplam 74 yüzücü ve aynı yaşlarda herhangi bir spor branşında faaliyet göstermeyen 11 yaş 40 bayan, 42 erkek, 10 yaş 41 bayan , 36 erkek olmak üzere toplam 159 öğrenci katılmıştır. Araştırmada tüm grupların uzunluk, kemik genişliği, çevre, deri altı yağ kalınlıkları ölçümleri yapılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerden cormique indeks, biakromial indeks, göğüs çevre indeksi, body mass indeks, kas kütle alanı, yağsız vücut ağırlığı, yağ ağırlığı, Yuhazs %yağ , Thenk-Tipton % yağ, Lange % yağ, Durning Womersley % yağ değerleri ile somatotipleri belirlenmiştir. Tüm parametrelerde p>0,005 düzeyinde gruplar arası ve grup içi, farklı / aynı yaş ve cinsiyetler arası ilişkiler incelenmiştir. Yüzücü grubunun cormıque indeks, göğüs çevre indeksi, diz genişliği, dirsek genişliği, omuz genişliği, omuz çevresi, değerlerinde daha yüksek ortalama değerlere sahip olduğu bulunmuştur. Okul grubunun body mass indeks, Yuhazs % yağ, Thenk-Tıpton % yağ, Lange % yağ, Durning Womersley % yağ, yağ ağırlığı ve deri altı yağ kalınlıkları ortalama değerleri her iki yaş ve cinsiyet grubunda da yüzücü grubundakinden daha yüksek değerlere sahip olduğu bulunmuştur. Yüzücü 10-11 yaş bayanlar grubunda uyluk çevre, kalf çevre ve ayak bileği çevre ortalama değerleri, okul aynı yaş grubu bayanlara göre daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Yüzücü 10-11 yaş bayan ve erkeklerin body mass indeks değerleri, yaşıtlarına göre daha ince bir yapıya sahip olduğunu belirtmektedir. Araştırmamızın sonucunda elde edilen verilerden yüzücü ve okul grubu 10-11 yaş bayan ve erkeklere ait Norm Tabloları ayrı ayrı oluşturulmuştur.
TO DETERMINE THE PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTIC OF THE 10-11 AGED SWIMMERS IN ISTANBUL The aim of the research, is to determine the physical characteristic of the 10-11 aged swimmers in İstanbul and to form the norm tables of the obtained datas according to age and gender. In the research, 19 female, 15 male 11 years old and 22 female, 18 male 10 years old , totaly 74 compatitive swimmers and on the other hand, at the same age 40 female, 42 male 11 years old and 41 female, 36 male 10 years old totaly 159 non-athlete students has participated. In the research, height, skinfold thickness, bone width and perimeter measurements has done for all groups. Cormique index, biacromial index, chest perimeter index, body mass index, muscle mass area, body lean fat, fat weight and Yuhazs % fat, Thenk-Tıpton % fat, Lange % fat, Durning Womersley % fat values and somototypes has determined from the obtained datas. In all parameters at p>0,005 level, the relationship at the age and gender the different groups and the relationship at the age and gender the same group has analaysed. In the swimmer group; it has found that for the cormıque index, chest perimeter index, femoris width, humerus width, shoulder width, shoulder perimeters average values have got hıgher average for both researched ages and gender. In the non athlete student group; it has found that body mass index, fat weight and Yuhazs % fat, Tehk-Tıpton % fat, Lange % fat, Durning Womersley % fat values and skinfold thicknesses have got hıgher average values for both researched ages and genders. It has found that the female 10-11 years old swimmers have got hıgher thıght perimeter, calf perimeter and ankle perimeter values than the non-athlete students. According to body mass values, it has established that the male and female swimmers have got thinner and linear shape than the same aged non-athletes. From the obtained datas according to the research result, both the swimmer 10-11 years old female and male and the school 10-11 years old female and male group norm tables have shown one by one.
