dc.description.abstractDünyada tarih boyunca çeşitli doğal afetler meydana gelmiştir Bunların içinde deprem, kuraklık, heyelan ve sel baskınlarının önemli bir yeri vardır. Sel baskınları dünyanın çeşitli bölgelerinde meydana geldiği gibi, Osmanlı coğrafyasında da değişik tarihlerde görülmüş ve önemli ölçüde tahribat yapmıştır.
dc.description.abstractThroughout history, various natural disasters have occured in the world. Earthquakes, droughts, landslides and floods have an important place in these. Flood raids have been observed in various regions of the world, as well as in Ottoman geographical history and have caused considerable damage.
