Abstract
Modernleşen dünyada çağın ihtiyaçlarının gelişmesi, yenileşme ve değişime bağlı olarak toplumsal gelişmelerde beraberinde yaşanmaktadır. Bu değişmeler bireylerin dünyaya bakışlarını değiştirmektedir. Bu doğrultuda var olan modern tarih yerini post- modern tarih anlayışına bıraktığı görülmektedir. Bu anlayışlardaki değişikliğin sadece tarih alanında yaşanmadığı bir gerçektir. Bu düşünceler toplumların eğitiminde önemli bir fonksiyonel işleve sahip olan okulları da etkilemiş, okullarda verilen eğitim anlayışı da bu değişmelerde etkilenmiştir. Bu çerçeve de Tarih öğretmenlerinin, 2005 yılından itibaren ortaya konulan yeni yaklaşım olan yapılandırmacılığın uygulanmaya başlanmasından itibaren eğitim sistemimizde değişiklerin meydana gelmesinin söz konusu olduğu bilinmektedir. Yapılan yeniliklerle birlikte tarih eğitiminin de düzenlemelerden etkilenerek, düzenlendiği ve bu doğrultuda derslerinde yapılandırmaya uğradığı görülmektedir. Tarih eğitiminde yapılan düzenlemelerle birlikte tarihi filmlerin tarih derslerinde kullanıldığı bilinen bir gerçektir. Bu gerçekten hareketle tarih derslerinde, tarihi film kullanan tarih öğretmenlerinin karşılaştıkları sorunları, bu sorunların neler olduğunun amaçlandığı bu çalışmada elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda mevcut durum betimlenerek yorumlanmıştır. Bu araştırmanın amacı da bu doğrultuda, filmlerle yürütülen öğrenme faaliyetleri sırasında özellikle araştırmayı ifade eden, tarihi filmlerin ortaöğretim tarih derslerinde kullanılması sırasında tarih öğretmenlerinin karşılaştıkları sorunun var olabileceği ve bu sorunların neler olabileceğinin belirlenmesi olarak belirtilebilir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, Sakarya İli’nin il ve ilçe sınırları içinde bulunan Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’na bağlı olan tüm resmi okullarında 2010–2011 eğitim öğretim yılında görev yapan 127 tarih öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri olarak katılımcılara anket soruları yöneltilmiş, nitel yöntemlerden betimsel analiz modeli benimsenmiş, bu sebepten dolayıdır ki, doküman analiz tekniği kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler, araştırmanın alt problemleri kapsamında SPSS programında frekans ve yüzde hesaplamaları ile analiz edilmiş, katılımcıların konu ile ilgili tutum, görüş ve yeterlilik algılarına ilişkin sorulara verdikleri cevapların betimsel analizi ile desteklenerek değerlendirilmiş ve sonuçlandırılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucuna göre; tarih dersi öğretmenlerinin programda yer alan tarihi film kullanılmasının belirtilmesi kapsamında, tarihi filmle yapılan tarih dersinin daha verimli olduğuna inanan % 56 ‘ ise de, uygulama ve planlama ile ilgili olarak da öğretmenlerimizin sorun yaşadıkları görülmektedir. Ayrıca genel anlamda lisans eğimi sırasında %48’inin böyle bir eğitim almamasından dolayı sorun yaşadıkları ve bu noktada tarih öğretmenlerinin tarihi film ile ilgili olarak lisans eğitimi sırasında alınması gerektiğini % 84’lük katılım ile desteklemektedirler. The world needs to modernize in the development of age, depending on the innovation and change in the social developments are experienced with. These changes in shifting their gaze to the world of individuals. In this regard the location of the existing modern history, it has left the post-modern understanding of history. These thoughts are important in the training of communities in schools that have a functional impact on the function, the concept of education in schools also influenced by these shifts. History teachers in this framework, since 2005, put forward a new approach to the program since the initiation of Constructivism is known that the occurrence of changes in our educational system. Date with innovations in education, influenced by the regulations are issued, and accordingly, the configuration classes are incurred. Posted on training films with the new arrangements is a fact known to be used in history lessons. Based on this fact in history lessons, history teachers face problems in using historical film, of what's intended that these problems in line with the findings of this study interpreted as depicting the current situation. The purpose of this research in this direction, especially during the learning activities carried out to investigate the films, which implies the use of historical films in history lessons during secondary school history teachers may have encountered a problem and these problems can be stated as the determination of what can happen. The study group, the province of Sakarya province and all towns located within the Ministry of Education official who served in the 2010-2011 academic school history teacher is 127. Participants in the survey questions used in the research data, qualitative methods, descriptive analysis model was adopted for this reason, the technique used to analyze the document. The data obtained within the scope of the research sub-problems were analyzed with SPSS frequency and percentage calculations, the relevant attitudes of the participants, their responses to questions about opinions and perceptions of competence, supported by descriptive analysis were evaluated and finalized. According to the results of the research the history lesson teachers in the program specifying the scope of the use of historic film, the history lesson in film history who believe that the 56% more efficient ', is also, in relation to the planning application and also their teachers are the problem. In addition, the slope of the license during the 48% of the overall problem because they live in such a training, and at this point from the non-historic film about the history teachers should be taken during undergraduate education with an 84% support the participation.
