Abstract

Akıl hastalığı kişilerin suçlarında ceza sorumluluğu konusu bütün dünyada tıbbın ve adaletin işbirliği içinde düzenlediği yasalar çevresinde ele alınır. Yeni anlayışlar suçlu akıl hastasının koruma ve tedaviye alınması doğrultusundadır. Genellikle düzenlemelerde suç esnasındaki ruhsal durum esas önemli noktadır.All over the world, the criminal responsibility of mentally ill people is considered in accordance with legal codes, which are prepared thanks to the cooperation of jurisdiction with medicine. The new ideas favor the protection and treatment of the criminal mentally ill. In general, it is the psychological situation of the actor at the very moment the criminal act which really counts.
