Abstract
BİLGİSAYAR YAZILIMLARI İLE MRP (MALZEME İHTİYAÇ PLANLAMA) VE CRP’NİN (KAPASİTE İHTİYAÇ PLANLAMA) MATBAA İŞLETMELERİNDE UYGULANMASI VE ÖNEMİ Bu projede, ERP yani Kurumsal Kaynak Planlama (orijinal adıyla Enterprise Resource Planning) bilgisayar programları genel bir bakışla ele alınmış, Kapasite İhtiyaç Planlama (CRP- Capacity Requirements Planning) ve Hammadde İhtiyaç Planlama (MRP- Material Requirements Planning) modüllerinin incelenmesi, örnek uygulamalarla matbaa işletmelerine uyarlanması ve önemi üzerinde durulmuştur. Çalışmanın diğer bölümlerinde ise, Matbaa işletmelerine genel bir bakış ile mevcut durum tespiti yapılarak Kapasite İhtiyaç Planlama (CRP) ve Hammadde İhtiyaç Planlama (MRP) teknikleri hakkındaki araştırmalara yer verilmiştir. CRP ve MRP’nin matbaa işletmesine uygulanması için gerekli altyapının oluşturulması, hammadde ve ürün kodlamalarının yapılması, operasyon ve tezgahların sisteme tanıtılması ve örnek çalışmalar uygulamalı olarak sunulmuştur.
IMPLEMENTATION OF MRP (MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS PLANNING) AND CRP (CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS PLANNING) WITH COMPUTER SOFTWARES IN PRINTING BUSINESS AND ITS IMPORTANCE In this project, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), computer programs are taken up with a general overview; examining of modules of Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP), their adaptations to printing business with sample applications and their importance are emphasized. In the other parts of the project; by determining the current situation with a general overview to the printing business, researches which are about the techniques of Capacity Requirements Planning and Material Requirements Planning are included. The adaptation of CRP and MRP to printing business to form the necessary infrastructure, coding the material and product, introducing the operations and machine to the system and sample studies as practically are presented.
