Abstract
Tez, fındığın ekonomik ve kültürel anlamda önceki yıllardan beri yaşadığı ve hala yaşamakta olduğu gelişmeleri, fındıkla ilgili çalışan kurumların da aldıkları pozisyonları değerlendirerek ve uluslar arası anlamda yapılan anlaşmaların da paralelinde, fındığın üzerinden süreci yorumlamaya çalışmıştır. Türkiye'de, tarımın tasfiyesine başlandığı ve bu süreçten stratejik anlamda en önemli ürün olan fındığın da payını aldığı, görülmektedir. Bu, kapitalist sistemin kendini yeniden üretebilmesi noktasında Türkiye'den beklenen bir tavırdır. Çünkü özellikle AB ülkeleri ve ABD' de mevcut ürün stoklarının oldukça fazla olması ve bunların eritilmek zorunda olması, Türkiye gibi azgelişmiş/ gelişmekte olan diye adlandırılan ülkelerde tarımı tasfiye edip, potansiyel bir alıcı ülke / yeni Pazar yaratmayı gerektirir. Bunun yanında fındığın bir de özel durumu vardır tabi; Türkiye'nin şu anda ciddi bir rakibi yoktur fındıkta. Ama bu rekabeti zorlayacak çalışmaların başlamadığı anlamına gelmemeli.Çünkü yapılan araştırmalar ortaya koyuyor ki ABD başta olmak üzere pek çok ülke de fındık üretimi, verimi ile ilgili yoğun çalışmalar başlatılmıştır. Bunun da yakın zamanda etkileri görülecektir. Sonuç itibari ile Türkiye'yi tarım genelinde ve fındık özelinde oldukça zor günler beklemektedir ve görülen odur ki fındıkta ilerleyen yıllarda rekabet şansı iyiden iyiye azalacaktır.
In this thesis, from the point of view of economic and social meaning, years of development hazelnut process is trying to explained with the societies of hazelnut and international solemn agreements. In Turkey, beginning of the purification of agriculture and the effects on hazelnut, which is the most important product, in the meaning of strategy in this process are seen. This is the the manner of expectation from Turkey that the capitalist system is producted its own again. Because, especially in AB countries and U.S.A. stock of products are too much so these are have to used up, in this way developing countries like Turkey, agriculture is purificated and to created of a new potantial market is necessitated. Hovewer, hazelnut has a special state; Turkey has no serious rival about hazelnut. But this doesn't mean that there are no forcing developments about rivalry. Because those researces are bringing up a matter that, in most of countries especially U.S.A. lots of studies are beginned about the production and yield of hazelnut. So effects of these studies has been seen recently. At the result, Turkey will have hard days about the general of agriculture and special of hazelnut, so it would seem that the luck of rivalry about hazelnut is decreasing from years to years.
