Publication: İ‘Tisâm Mecmuasının tahlilî fihristi ve mecmuanın Başyazarı Ahmed Şîrânî’nin yazıları
Abstract
ÖZETBu çalışmada, Ahmed Şîrânî Efendi (Okumuş, ö. 1945) tarafından 30 Teşrîn-i Sânî1334/ 30 Kasım 1918-29 Nisan 1336/ 29 Nisan 1920 tarihleri arasında çıkarılan İ‘tisâmmecmûası incelenmiştir.İ‘tisâm mecmûası yayımlandığı dönemin siyâsî ve sosyal hareketliliğini yansıtan birdergidir. Dergide genel olarak güncel meselelere dâir makaleler yayımlanmış; bunun yanındagazel, kaside, mersiye gibi manzum metinlere de yer verilmiştir. Mesul müdürü ve başyazarıAhmed Şîrânî, neşriyatının amacını “ilmiyeye ve dîne karşı yapılan saldırılara karşı durmak”olarak duyurmuş ve hemen her nüshada okuyuculardan bu noktada destek beklediğini ifâdeetmiştir.İ‘tisâm mecmûası, neşredilen yazılar ve aynen yayımlanan okuyucu mektupları ileneşriyâtın -basının- halk üzerindeki tesirini anlama ve özellikle millî mücâdele, kadın hakları,harf inkılâbı, dîn ve devlet işlerinin ayrılması, eğitim politikaları, gençlerin kötü ahlak vebağımlılıklardan korunması gibi tarihi şekillendiren pek çok konunun tartışıldığı bir dönemihem İstanbul’un hem de Anadolu’nun gözünden okuma fırsatı sunmaktadır.Çalışmanın giriş bölümünde kısaca Türk basın tarihinden ve İslamcı dergilerdenbahsedilmiş; birinci bölümde Ahmed Şîrânî Efendi’nin hayatı, neşirettiği makale ve dergilerele alınmış; ikinci bölümde İ‘tisâm’ın yazar adlarına göre alfabetik ve yayın tarihine göretahlîlî fihristi oluşturulmuş; üçüncü bölümde Ahmed Şîrânî’nin İ‘tisâm mecmûasındakiyazılarına yer verilerek sonuç ve değerlendirme bölümü ile çalışma tamamlanmıştır.
ABSRACTIn this study, I'tisâm Magazine, which was published by Ahmed Şîrânî Efendibetween November 30, 1918 and April 29, 1920 is examined.In the magazine which reflects the political and social mobility of the era it waspublished, usually articles about current events were published, as well as Turkish poetryforms such as gazel (ode), kaside (eulogy) and mersiye (elegy). Ahmed Şîrânî the managingdirector and lead author announced his purpose of publications as standing against the attacksagainst ilmiye (wisdom) and religion” and stated that he expected readers’ support in almostevery issue.İʽtisam magazine, with articles and published letters of the readers in it, offers theopportunity of understanding the effect of the press on the public from the perspective of bothIstanbul and Anatolia, in the period that many topics were being discussed regarding to theTurkish War of Independence, women's rights, alphabet conversion, excluding religiousapproaches from state affairs, education policies, and the protection of young people fromaddiction and establishing morals.In the introductory chapter of the study, Turkish press history and Islamistmagazines are briefly mentioned. In the first chapter, Ahmed Şîrânî Efendi’s life, articles andmagazines he published are discussed. In the second chapter, an analytical index is preparedaccording to the names of the writers of in alphabetical order, and publication dates of theissues. In the third chapter, Ahmed Şîrânî’s articles in İʽtisam magazine were inserted. A finalcriticism and conclusion follows the chapters.
