Eğitimde sosyal medyanın kullanımı

Abstract

Bilgi teknolojilerindeki gelişmeler 21.yüzyılda yaşamın her alanında bir değişim ve dönüşüm başlatmıştır. İletişim olanağı artmış, çalışma sektörleri değişmiş, insani ilişkiler dönüşüme uğramış ve kısacası yaşamın her alanına teknolojinin yansımaları hakim olmuştur. Eğitim, bilgi teknolojilerinin hız kazanacak şekilde ilerlemesiyle birlikte eğitim materyal ve işleyişinin değiştiği bir alan haline gelmiştir. Geleneksel eğitimde basılı yayınlar üzerinden bir eğitim anlayışı söz konusu iken, günümüzde teknolojik gelişmeler görsel, işitsel ve yazılı her alanda eğitimin de dönüşüme uğramasına olanak vermiştir. Son yıllarda eğitim teknolojileri alanında internet teknolojisinin gelişmesiyle birlikte sosyal medya da kullanılır olmuştur. Sosyal medya ağları Facebook, Twitter, Instagram gibi ağlar kişileriniletişim ve kendi sosyal mecraları iken eğitimde gönderici-alıcı koordinasyonuyla yer almaya başlamıştır. Bu çalışmada eğitim teknolojileri alanında sosyal medyanın ne şekilde kullanıldığına değinilmiş, üniversite öğrencileri üzerinde yapılan saha çalışması ile çalışmanın kapsamı desteklenmiştir

In this study, how the social media is used in the field of educational technologies was discussed and the scope of the study was supported by the field study conducted on university students.
