COĞRAFYA ÖĞRETMENLİĞİ YÜKSEK LİSANS PROGRAMI ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN YÜKSEK LİSANSTAN BEKLENTİLERİ

Abstract

Bu çalışma, coğrafya öğretmenliği yüksek lisans programına devam eden ve tamamlayan öğrencilerin yüksek lisanstan beklentilerini tespit etmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Bu maksatla amaca uygun olarak hazırlan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu, coğrafya öğretmenliğinde yüksek lisansa devam eden ve tamamlayan öğrencilere uygulanmıştır. Amaçlarımızı gerçekleştirmek için nitel yöntem kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler betimsel analize tabi tutularak çözümlenmiştir. Bunun sonucunda, öğrencilerin yüksek lisansa başlamadan önceki beklentilerinin eğitim süreci içerisindekine göre farklılaştığı bilgisine ulaşılmıştır. Tespit edilen bulgular yorumlanarak sonuçlandırılmış ve önerilerde bulunulmuştur

This study prepared to determine the expectations of the students both graduate and still studying in the programme of geography master's degree from this programme. To that end, well-prepared structured interview form conducted for the students who are graduated and studying in the programme. In order to realize our aims quantitative method employed. Obtained findings tested by putting to descriptive analysis. After the study, it was concluded that students' expectations were varying in time before and during studying. Finally, suggestions and comments made about the findings
