Abstract
66 numaralı Mühimme Defteri Sultan III. Murad’ın (1574-1595) saltanatı döneminde tutulmuş olup hicri Zilkade 997 – Şaban 998 / Eylül 1589 – Haziran 1590 tarihleri arasında Divan’dan çıkartılan hükümleri içermektedir. Defterde Osmanlı- İran Savaşı, Kazak saldırıları, Osmanlı’nın Lehistan, Avusturya ve Venedik ile münasebetleri, Habeş Eyaleti’nin muhafazası, Trablusgarp’ta Mehdi isyanı, İstanbul’un iaşe ve malzeme temini, vergi, vakıf, tayin, tevcih, inşaat ve eşkıyalıkla ilgili hükümler bulunmaktadır. , tasnif ve tahlili yapılarak hükümler Osmanlı alfabesinden Latin alfabesine çevrilip günümüz Türkçesiyle özetlendi. Tahlil kısmı şekil ve muhteva yönünden ikiye ayrılıp şekil bölümünde defterin fiziki durumu, yazı, dil ve üslubu; muhteva bölümünde ise defterdeki hükümler konularına göre ayrılarak başlıklar altında değerlendirildi. ABSTRACT The Mühimme Register with the number 66 was created during the reign of Murad III. It includes the judges about Ottoman-Iran war, Cossack attacks; Ottoman relations with Poland, Austria and Venice, protection of state Ethiopia, Mahdi rebellion in Tripolitania, providing food and material for Istanbul, taxes, foundations, assignments, bestowals, constructions and brigandage in the period from Zilkade 997 to Şaban 998 in the Islamic calendar which runs from September 1589 – June 1590 in the Gregorian calendar. In this study, The registers are transcribed, summarized, classified and analysed and the judges are translated from Ottoman script to Latin script and summarized with Turkish. The analysis section is divided into two parts in terms of shape and content. The physical form of the register, text, language and style are evaluated in the first part. The judges on the register are divided into the titles according to matters and evaluated in the second part.
