Cafer Seydahmet Kırımer (1889-1960) : hayatı, fikirleri ve eserleri

Abstract

Kırım Tatar Türkleri’nin en önemli fikir ve siyasi önderlerinden olan Cafer Seydahmet Kırımer (1889-1960), Kırım, Osmanlı Devleti, Fransa ve Rusya’da eğitim görmüş ve Rus Çarlığı’nın yıkılmasından sonra kurulmuş olan Kırım Halk Cumhuriyeti’nin kurulmasında aktif görev almıştır. Bu Cumhuriyet’in Harbiye ve Hariciye Bakanlığı görevlerini üstlenmiştir. Kırım Halk Cumhuriyeti’nin ortadan kaldırılıp Kırım’ın Bolşevikler tarafından ele geçirilmesiyle mücadelesine hariçte devam etmek zorunda kalmıştır. İngiltere, Fransa ve Polonya gibi devletlere, Milletler Cemiyeti gibi uluslararası kuruluşlara Kırım Tatar Türklerinin tam yetkili delegesi olarak resmi başvurularda bulunmuş, Kırım halkının içinde bulunduğu durumlardan haberdar edip yardım talep etmiştir. Polonya Devleti tarafından kurulmuş olan Promethe teşkilatında aktif rol almıştır. Kırım’ı ve Kırım tarihini çeşitli dillerde yazmış olduğu kitaplarla uluslararası sahada tanıtmıştır. Türkiye’de Cumhuriyet’in ilan edilmesiyle Türkiye’ye yerleşen Cafer Bey hem yurtiçinde hem de yurtdışında kalemiyle Kırım ve Türklük davasını savunmuş ve tüm dünyaya duyurmak için çabalamıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı Cafer Seydahmet Kırımer’in hayatı, faaliyetleri, eserleri ve fikirlerini birinci elden kaynaklara dayanarak anlatmaktır. Daha evvel Kırımer ile ilgili tüm bu bilgileri içeren toplu bir çalışma yapılmamıştır.

Cafer Seydahmet Kirimer (1889-1960), who is one of the most significant intellectual and political leaders of the Crimean Tatar Turks, was received educated in the Crimea, the Ottoman Empire, France and Russia and took an active role in the establishment of the People's Republic of Crimea, which was established after the collapse of the Russian Tzardom. He was assigned in the Ministry of Military and Foreign Affairs of this Republic. He had to continue his struggle abroad with the abolition of the People's Republic of Crimea and the capture of Crimea by the Bolsheviks. As a fully authorized delegate, he made official applications to states such as England, France and Poland, and to international organizations such as the League of Nations, he informed them about the situation of the Crimean people and requested support. He took an active role in the Promethe organization which is established by the Polish State. He introduced Crimea and its history in the international arena with his books written in various languages. Cafer Bey, who settled in Turkey with the proclamation of Republic of Turkey, supported the case of Crimea and Turkishness both at homeland and abroad with his writings and tried to announce it world widely. This study aims to explain the life, activities, works and ideas of Cafer Seydahmet Kırmızı based on primary sources. There has been no collective study done before that includes all this information about Kırımer.
