Bireysel ve Toplumsal Sorumluluk Açısından “Hepiniz Çobansınız” Hadisi (Tahriç ve Değerlendirme)

Abstract

Çalışmamızda sorumluluk denince akla ilk gelen, cevâmiu’l-kelim mahiyetindeki “Hepiniz çobansınız” hadisini incelemeye çalıştık. Bir giriş ve iki bölümden oluşan çalışmamızın giriş kısmında araştırmamızın konusu, amacı, önemi, metodu ve kaynakları üzerinde durulmuştur. Birinci bolümde hadisimizin tahric ve tahkîki yapılmaktadır. Ulaşabildiğimiz yirmi üç kaynaktaki rivâyetler kronolojik bir usül çerçevesinde tetkik edilmiştir. Bu kaynaklar da Kütüb-i sitte dönemi öncesi, Kütüb-i sitte dönemi ve sonrası şeklinde üç ayrı başlık altında incelenmiştir. Rivâyetlerin metinleri, tercümeleri ve sened şemaları verildikten sonra her ravi kısaca tanıtılmıştır. Tespit edebildiğimiz kadarıyla hadisimiz seksen üç tarikten rivâyet edilmiş olup bunların hepsi de değerlendirilmeye tabi tutulmuştur. Öncelikle hadisin senedinin tahlil ve tenkidi yapılmıştır. Ardından hadisin metninin tahlil ve tenkîdi yapılırken daha çok rivâyetler arası metin farklılıkları ile metin farlılıklarının manaya etkisi üzerinde durulmuştur. İkinci bölümde sorumluluk kavramı üzerinde durulduktan sonra hadis çerçevesinde bireysel ve toplumsal sorumluluk konusu işlenmiştir. Sonuç bölümünde de araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlar maddeler halinde sıralanmıştır.

I examined the hadith “All of you are shepherd” that when it is said responsibility, it must come to mind and that is epigram (it means cevâmi’ul-kelim). Our thesis is made of an introduction and two chapters. And I studied the subject of our thesis, the aim, the importance and the sources at the introduction. The tahric that means gathering the ways of a hadith and evaluating and the critics was done at the fist chapter. I examined narrations in the twenty-there sources. This sources were investigated at the different chapters: before the kütübü’s-sıtte, the term of the kütübü’s-sitte and afterwards. All of narrators were introduced after texts of narrations, translations and schemes of seneds were given. As soon as we determined, there are eighty-there versions of our hadith and we tried to investigate all of them. Firstly, we evaluated seneds and criticized. Secondly, we investigated evaluation of texts and critics. Then we studied the term of responsibility at the second chapter. After that, I examined individual and social responsibility to this hadith. I gave the results that I obtained at my study at the conclusion chapter.
