Publication: Sağlık sektörünün istihdam üzerine etkisi ve Türkiye uygulaması
Abstract
Sağlık kavramı, kişinin bedenen, ruhen ve sosyal bakımdan tam bir iyilik hali içinde olması şeklinde tanımlanabilir. Küreselleşme ile birlikte dünya genelinde nüfus popülasyonu değişmiş, bu durum sağlık hizmetine olan talepte de bir değişiklik yaşanmasına neden olmuştur. Sağlık teknolojileri her geçen gün daha fazla kullanılmış bu alanda yeni bir pazar ortaya çıkmıştır. Sağlıkta yaşanan talep artışı, devletleri de harekete geçirmiş pek çok ülke artan talebi karşılamak için yeni birtakım politikalar geliştirmek zorunda kalmıştır. Türkiye de dünya genelinde yaşanan bu değişime paralel bir biçimde zaman içerisinde sağlık sektöründe pek çok yönden ciddi değişikliklere gitmiştir. Küresel eğilimler doğrultusunda istihdamın niteliği artmış ayrıca istihdamın şekli de değişmiştir. Sağlık teknolojilerinden daha fazla yararlanılmış bu durum istihdamı hem olumlu hem de olumsuz bir biçimde etkilemiştir. Nüfusun yaşlanması ve sağlık ihtiyacının artması, sağlık teknolojilerinin yaygınlık kazanması,Türkiye’de sağlık personeli noktasında bir açığın ortaya çıkmasına neden olmuştur. Bu çalışmada Türkiye’deki sağlık sektörü, istihdam kavramı ekseninde değerlendirilmiş, yıllar içerisinde yaşanan değişimler resmi verilerle açıklanmıştır.
The concept of health can be defined as a person's physical, mental and social well-being. Population has changed worldwide with globalization. Then, that caused a change in the demand for health services. A new market has emerged in this area where health technologies are used more and more every day. The increase of demand in health has also mobilized states so, many countries have had to develop new policies to meet the increasing demand. Turkey has also made important changes in the health sector in line with this change happening around the world. The quality of employment has increased in line with global trends. Also, the pattern of employment has changed. Health technologies have been used more so this situation affected employment both positively and negatively. The aging of the population, the increasing need for health and the widespread use of health technologies have caused health staff shortage in Turkey. Health sector in Turkey has been evaluated in the concept of employment , changes occurred in the year have been explained with the official data in this research.
