Profesyonel futbolun idari ve teknik ekip yapılanması Türkiye süper lig kulüpleri örneği

Abstract

1. ÖZET Ülkemizde futbol bütün dünyada olduğu gibi, sektörleşmekte hatta belli başına bir endüstrileşme sürecine girmektedir. Bu süreç içerisinde dünün dernek yapısı içinde sevk ve idare edilen kulüplerini, bugün futbol’un geldiği nokta itibarıyla, başarılı bir şekilde sevk ve idare ederek, yüksek standartlara ulaştırmak, geleneksel yönetim anlayışı içinde güçleşmektedir. Çalışmamızda futbolun geçmişten günümüze geçirdiği evrimsel süreç incelenerek, oyunun oynandığı çayırlardan çıkarak bugünkü şirketleşen kulüp yapıları içinde nasıl organize olduğu ortaya konulmaktadır. Öte yandan futbol’un Türkiye’ye gelişi, ilk kulüp yapılanmaları, ilk futbol lig organizasyonları, Türk sporunun ve Türk futbol’unun ilk kurumsal örgütleri ve Türkiye Futbol Federasyonunun kuruluşu, özerkleşmesi ve bugünkü mevcut duruma ulaşma safhaları irdelenerek Türk futbol’unun kurumsal yapısı hakkında bilgiler verilmeye çalışılmaktadır. Diğer safhada ise Türk futbolunun genel yönetim yapısı, idari ve teknik ekip yapılanması incelenerek öneriler sunulmaktadır. 2.

The football in our country has been sectorizing as in the whole world. It has even been entring in a certan indusrilialization period. In this period ıt has been becoming difficult in tehe traditional management understanding to taransmit the clubs which have been consigned and managed in tehe structure of yesterday’s club structure. In our study, by researching the evolutionary period that the football has passed, we have beeen putting forward how the football was organized in today’s club structures companied by coming out from the meadows it was played. On the other hand by researching the coming of the football to Turkey, the first club structurings, the first football league organizations, the first institutional organizations of Turkish sports and Turkish Football and the establishment of Turkish Football Federation and its becoming autonomous and its reaching today’s present condition phases. We have been trying to give informations about Turkish football’s institutional structure. On the other phase, some suggestions have been offered by examining Turkish football’s general management structure, admin istrative and tecnical team constitutement.
