Publication: 63 numaralı Anadolu Ahkâm Defteri (transkripsiyon ve değerlendirme)
Abstract
Osmanlı Devleti'nde Şikayet Defterleri içerisinden ayrılan Ahkam Defterleri, halkın yaşadığı problemleri ve bunlara dair çözümleri içermesi sebebiyle adalet sistemi hakkında bilgiler sunmaktadır. Bu tez çalışmasında Hicri 1190-1191/ Miladi 1777-1778 tarihine ait 63 Numaralı Anadolu Ahkâm Defteri'nin transkripsiyon ve değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. Elde edilen bilgiler değerlendirildiğinde ise devletin içinde bulunduğu siyasi, ekonomik ve askeri hadiseler toplumun yaşantısını olumsuz etkilediği görülmektedir. Çalışmamıza konu olan 63 Numaralı Anadolu Ahkam Defteri, 127 varak, 899 hükümden oluşmaktadır. Divani hatla yazılan hükümler latin harflerine transkribe edilmiş, değerlendirmesi yapılmış ve sonuna tıpkı basımı konulmuştur.
The Statute Books in the Ottoman Empire's Complaint books contain information about judicial system since they cover the society's problems and the solutions of these problems. In this study 63rd Anatolian Statute Book's (H. 1190-1191/ 1777-1778) transcripton and its critism is analyzed. Due to information obtained from this book one can see that the political, economic and military issues of Empire had a bad impact on Ottoman society. The 63rd Anatolian Statute Register, which is the subject of our study, consists of 127 folios and contains 899 decrees. The decrees, written in Divani script, have been transcribed into Latin letters, analyzed, and a facsimile reproduction has been appended to the end.
