Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı yönetim bilgi sistemlerinin modern işletmelerdeki rolünün incelenmesidir. Bilgisayar destekli yönetim bilgi sistemleri üst düzey yöneticilerin daha doğru ve daha isabetli kararlar almasında büyük bir rol oynamaktadır. Yönetim bilgi sistemleri şirketlerde strateji ve karar almadan sorumlu yöneticiler tarafından talep edilmektedir. Bu sistemlerin en önemli amacı farklı akımların anlaşılması için önemli sonuçların analiz ve karşılaştırılmasının sağlanmasıdır İş zekası (Business Intelligence), direk analitik çalışma (OLAP) ve data ambarı (DWH) ilk olarak ABD’de kullanılmaya başlanılan en yaygın tekniklerdir. Yönetim bilgi sistemleri, verileri hem içerden hem de dışarıdan tedarik edebilmektedir. Bu uygulamalar bilgisayar bilgisi en üst düzeyde olmayan kişilerin bile kullanabileceği şekilde hazırlanmış ve genel anlamda özetlenmiş grafik sunumlardan oluşmaktadır. Sistemin başarıyla kurulması ancak üst yönetimin desteğinin alınmasıyla mümkün olabilecektir. Tüm proje ekibinin zamanında katılımı, uzman proje yönetimi ve doğru data modellemesi bir yönetim bilgi sisteminin başarısı için en önemli unsurlardır. Bu sistemlerin geliştirilme aşaması hiçbir zaman sona ermez. Kullanıcılardan herzaman yeni istek ve talepler gelecektir. SAP BusinessObjects uygulaması esnek ve ölçeklendirilebilir fonksiyonlar sunmaktadır. Bir entegrasyon uygulaması olan SAP BusinessObjects sayesinde firmaların uygulamalarıyla direk bağlantı ve büyük verilerin konsolide edilerek aktarılması mümkün olmaktadır. Bu veriler firmada pekçok amaca yönelik raporlar, analizler, görsel veriler ve kokpitler’de kullanılabilmektedir. Bir otomobil firması örnek alınarak uygulamanın kullanımı gösterilmiştir. SCHLUSSFOLGERUNGEN Ziel dieser Arbeit ist die Untersuchung Führungsinformationssysteme und ihre Rolle bei moderner Unternehmenssteuerung. Die Computergestützte Führungsinformations-systeme (FIS) spielen eine sehr große Rolle für die Führungskräfte um bessere und richtige strategische Entscheidungen zu treffen. Führungsinformationssysteme sind Informationssysteme die nach Bedarf von strategischen Leitern der Organisationen gebildet werden. Der hauptsächliche Zweck dieser Systeme ist Analyse und Vergleich von wichtigen Ergebnissen zum Verstehen von Tendenzen. Business-Intelligence (BI), Online-Analytical-Processing (OLAP), und Data-Warehouse (DWH), die am Anfang in den USA benutzt wurden, sind die meist verwendeten Techniken in solchen Informationssystemen. Das FIS beschafft die Daten sowohl von innen als auch von aussen. Die Software, die für das Informationssystem vorbereitet wird, bereitet für Benutzer, von denen das Computerbenutzen nicht in höchster Ebene erwartet wird, hauptsächlich eine zusammenfassende graphische Darstellung. Das System läßt sich nicht mit Erfolg realisieren, ohne Unterstützung von dem Top-Management zu bekommen. Die frühzeitige Einbindung aller am Projekt beteiligten Personen, professionelles Projektmanagement und die richtige Datenmodelierung sind die wichtigsten Erfolgsfaktoren eines FIS Projekts. Entwicklung von einem Führungsinformationssystem ist nie abgeschlossen. Es kommen immer neue Anforderungen und Aenderungwünsche von den Benutzern. Eine FIS Anwendeung SAP BusinessObjects stellt flexible, skalierbare Business Intelligence-Funktionen zur Verfügung. Die Integrationssoftware von SAP BusinessObjects bietet direkte Konnektivität mit Unternehmensanwendungen und ermöglicht dadurch eine Konsolidierung und Umwandlung großer Datenmengen in Berichte, Analysen, Visualisierungen und Dashboards zu jedem Aspekt des Unternehmens. Die Praktikabilität wird anhand eines Pilotprojektes in einem automobilen Unternehmen gezeigt.

MIS has a very important part for the Managers in order to make better and strategically right decision. MIS are implemented according to the needs of the managers in the organisation. The aim of the system is to analyse and to compare the important results regarding to the trends. Business-Intelligence (BI), Online-Analytical-Processing (OLAP), and Data-Warehouse (DWH) are the most common techniques which, have been first used at USA. MIS provides the data both from intern and extern sources. The software is prepared for the users which are no experts for the computer techniques. The aim is to present a summary with visual objects and graphics. The system could not be successfully implemented without the support of the Top management. The early integration of all the project members, professional project management and the right data model selection are the most important success elements of a MIS project. The development phase of MIS is never ends. New requirements and change request are coming regularly from the users. The MIS software SAP BusinessObjects has flexible and scalable Business Intelligence functions. The integration software of SAP BusinessObjects provides direct connectivity with the company’s software. It can consoludate and load the huge data volumes through reports, analyses, visual objects and dashboards for all aspects of the company. The system usage will be shown with the help of a pilot project of an automobile company.
