Publication: Üniversite-Sanayi İşbirliği Bağlamında Teknoloji Geliştirme Bölgelerinin Misyon ve Vizyonlarının İncelenmesi
Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı üniversite-sanayi işbirliği bağlamında teknoloji geliştirme bölgelerinin (teknoparklar/teknokentler) misyonlarını vevizyonlarını incelemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda faaliyette olan 52 teknoloji geliştirme bölgesinin resmi internet siteleri taranmış vemisyon ve vizyon metinlerine çevrimiçi olarak ulaşılabilen 34 teknoloji bölgesinin misyon ve vizyon ifadeleri bu çalışmada veri olarakkullanılmıştır. Araştırma tarama modelindedir. Misyon ve vizyon metinlerinin çözümlenmesinde QSR NVIVO 11 yazılımı yardımıylaiçerik analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulgularında misyon ve vizyon ifadelerinin konu ve niteliklerine göre sınıflandırılmasıylaelde edilen ana tema, tema ve kodlara yer verilmiştir. Temaları oluşturan kodlara ilişkin kaynak ve atıfların frekans değerleri tablolardagösterilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre teknoloji geliştirme bölgelerinin üniversite ile sanayi işbirliğinin kurulması noktasında üzerlerinedüşen görevlerin bilincinde oldukları söylenebilir. Araştırmanın sonuçlarında bazı teknoloji geliştirme bölgelerinin vizyon ve misyonlarınıbir başka benzer kuruluştan aynen almış olma ihtimallerine dikkat çekilmiştir. Ayrıca kimi teknoloji geliştirme bölgelerinin misyon olarakkabul ettiği aynı hususların bir diğer teknoloji geliştirme bölgesine göre vizyon olarak kabul edildiği görülmektedir.
The aim of this study is to examine the missions and visions of technology development areas (technoparks/technopolis) in the context_x000D_ of university-industry cooperation. The web pages of the 52 technology development zones that were active were scanned and the mission_x000D_ and vision expressions of the 34 technology zones that can be accessed online were used as data in this study. The research is in the_x000D_ screening model and the analysis of the mission and vision texts is done by using QSR NVIVO 11 software. The main themes, themes and_x000D_ codes obtained by classifying the expressions of mission and vision according to subject and qualifications are included in the findings of_x000D_ the research. The frequency values of the references and references for the codes forming the theme are shown in the tables. According to_x000D_ the results of the research, it can be said that the technological development regions are aware of their duties at the point of establishing_x000D_ industrial cooperation with the university. The results of the research highlighted the possibility that some of the technology development_x000D_ regions’ vision and missions were taken from another similar establishment. It is also seen that the same issues, which some of the_x000D_ technology development zones have adopted as a mission, are regarded as a vision according to another technology development zone.
