Abstract
YİTRİYUM OKSITIN BAZI METAL OKSİT VE KARBONATLARIYLA KATI-KATI REAKSİYONLARI Bu tezde teknolojik kullanıma açık yeni bir bileşik sentezlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla Y2O3 ' in AI2O3 ve CS2CO3, Na2CC>3, BaCC>3, CaC03 ile eser miktarda Bi(NC>3)3 tan oluşan altı farklı kompozisyonun yüksek sıcaklıktaki katı-katı reaksiyonlarının verdiği bileşiklerin yapıları ve özellikleri incelenmiştir. Ele geçen ürün örneklerinin XRD, İR, SEM - ( EDS ), TGA-DTA, BET, yöntemleriyle yapı aydınlatılmasına çalışılmış, uygulanan sıcaklık - süre koşullarında ve başlangıç kompozisyonlarıydı amaçlanan teorik bileşik yapısına ulaşılamadığı, ancak bileşik karışımları elde edildiği sonucuna varılmıştır. THE SYNTHESIS OF SOME SUBSTANCES PRUDUCED FROM YITRIUM OXIDE AND ALUMINIUM OXIDE WITH METAL CARBONATES BY SOLID-SOLID REACTIONS In this study the aim is to synthesize a new compound for technologic use. For this aim, the structures and properties of the compounds produced from the high-temperature solid-solid reaction of Y2C>3's six compositions combined from AI2O3 and CS2CO3, Na2C(>3, BaCC>3, CaCÜ3 and trace amount Bi(NC>3)3 are investigated. The structure of the produced compounds are tryed to be clarified by the XRD, IR, SEM - (EDS), TGA-DTA, BET, methods. The results show that not only one type of compound but also a mixture of compounds were obtained. The compounds wanted to be synthesized at the begining were not obtained.
