Abstract

FİNANSAL KÜRESELLEŞME VE ŞİRKET BİRLEŞMELERİ Finansal küreselleşme 1990 sonrasında dünya ekonomilerinin fınans piyasaları üzerindeki kısıtlama ve kontrolleri kaldırması; sermaye hareketlerini serbestleştirmesi; bilgi, iletişim, haberleşme, ulaşım ve bilgisayar teknolojilerindeki gelişmelerin hız kazanması nedeniyle ivme kazanmıştır. 1990 sonrasında gelişmekte olan ülkeler tasarrufları yetersiz ve dış ticaret açıkları fazla olduğundan bu açıkları karşılamak için düşük kur-yüksek faiz uygulamasıyla kısa vadeli sermayeyi ülkelerine çekmiş, belirsizlik ortamında bu sermayenin çıkması krizlere neden olmuştur. Finansal küreselleşmenin, küresel sermaye hareketlerini hızlandırması sonucunda küresel manada büyümek isteyen şirketler birleşme yoluna giderek rekabet güçlerini artırma yoluna gitmişlerdir. Finansal küreselleşme dünyada şirket birleşmeleri ve satın almalara neden olmuştur.

FINANCIAL GLOBALIZATION AND MERGERS After the 1990’s, financial globalization has gained momentum due to the removal of the controls and restrictions on financial markets of the world economy, liberalization of capital movements, gaining speed of the developments in the technology of knowledge, communication and correspondence and computer. The countries which have been developing after the 1990’s withdrew the short term funds to their countries to meet these deficits with the implementation of bottom asset and usury since their savings were inadequate and their deficit of foreign trade was excess, the appearance of these funds in the situation of uncertainty caused crisis. As a result of the acceleration of the global fund movements of financial globalization, the companies which wanted to grow as in global have gone the way of going merger and increasing the power of rivalry. Financial globalization has caused an increasing of mergers and acquisitions of companies in the world.
