Publication: Bilgisayarlı hekim istem girişi konusunda hemşire görüşlerinin değerlendirilmesi
Abstract
Amaç; Araştırma, Bilgisayarlı Hekim İstem Giriş Sistemi uygulamaları, bu sistemin yararları ve güçlüklerine ilişkin hemşirelerin görüş ve algılarını belirlemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı bir çalışma olarak gerçekleştirildi.Gereç ve Yöntem; Bursa ilinde faaliyet gösteren Kamu Hastaneler Birliği’ne bağlı Bilgisayarlı Hekim İstem Giriş Sistemi'ni(BİHEGİS) kullanan 4 hastanede çalışan 207 hemşire ile yürütüldü. Veri toplama aracı olarak, hemşirelerin tanıtıcı özelliklerini içeren anket formu ile sistem uygulamaları, sistemin yararları ve güçlükleri hakkında hemşirelerin görüş ve algılarını içeren ve araştırmacı tarafından oluşturulan BİHEGİS algı ölçeği kullanıldı. Verilerin analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistiksel analizler, Kruskal Wallis-H ve Mann Whitney-U testi kullanıldı.Bulgular; Kurum D’de çalışanların, 6 ay ile 3 yıllık kurum deneyimi olanların ve sistemle ilgili eğitim almayanların BİHEGİS algı ölçeğinin “genel” ve “destek sistemlerin varlığı” boyutunu; 31-40 yaş grubundakilerin, dahiliye biriminde çalışanların ve sistemi 1 yıldır kullananların ölçeğin “destek sistemlerin varlığı” boyutunu; Kurum D’de çalışanların ve sistemle ilgili eğitim almayanların ölçeğin “sistemin hemşireye yararına”, “hasta ve çalışan güvenliğine” ilişkin boyutunu; servis hemşirelerinin ve eğitim almayanların ölçeğin “sistemin üstün yönleri” boyutunu diğer gruplardan anlamlı düzeyde daha olumlu değerlendirdikleri gözlenmiştir.Sonuç; Araştırma sonucunda hemşirelerin BİHEGİS'e ilişkin bazı güçlükler yaşamasına rağmen sistemi genel olarak olumlu algıladıkları belirlendi. Yaşadıkları bu güçlüklerin düzeltilmesine yönelik sistemsel aksaklıkların giderilmesi, uygulamayla ilgili eğitim programlarının hemşirelerin talepleri doğrultusunda geliştirilmesi önerilmektedir.
Aim; The practice of the Computerized Physician Order Entry System has been performed as a descriptive study to determine the views and perceptions of the nurses regarding the benefits and difficulties of this system.Material and Method; It was conducted with 207 nurses working in 4 hospitals using the Computerized Physician Order Entry System affiliated to the Public Hospitals Association operating in the province of Bursa. An information form including the descriptive characteristics of the nurses and the BİHEGİS perception scale which was formed by the researcher including the system applications, the views and perceptions of the nurses about the benefits and difficulties of the system were used as data collection tool. To evaluate the data descriptive statistical analysis, Kruskal Wallis-H and Mann Whitney-U Test was used. Result; The general and existence of support mechanisms dimension of the BİHEGİS perception scale of those who are employed in Institution D, those who have 6 months or 3 years institutional experience and those who are not trained in the system; The existence of support mechanisms dimension of the 31-40 age group, those working in the internal unit, and those using the system for 1 year; the dimension of the system for the benefit of the nurse, the safety of the patient and the employee in the scale of the employees of Institution D and those who are not educated about the system; service nurses and those who did not receive education were significantly more positive than the other groups in terms of the superior aspects of the system dimension.Conclusion; As a result of the research, it was determined that the nurses perceived the system as positive in spite of some difficulties related to BİHEGİS. It is suggested that the systematic problems to correct these difficulties should be solved and the training programs related to the application should be developed in line with the demands of the nurses.
